George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. He said I did a good job trying to narrow down the issue. When they arrived, they put on booties and were extremely nice & answered my questions. They fixed the disposal immediately, but then found out, that my leak was coming from the disposal. They suggested replacing the disposal, which is what I did, since fixing it may not hold up or work. They worked efficiently, tested it out with me, and made sure there wasn't a leak. The techician intalled and the refrigerator ran all of the time and froze the contents. They made a reurn call and said it needed a new evaporator, a $450 part that I ordered myself and waited for it to be installed. The technician cancelled these appointments 4 times the day of the call. Got fed up and called another service company. That technician said the thermostst was installed incorrectly and that I did not need a new evaporator. He fixed their screw up and the fridge is running fine. His charge for the call was $89, A+ charges $159. It appears that they mark up parts at least 100% as they said the cost of a new evaporator was over $1000. Be warned.
