Among all good traits (great patience, honesty, knowledge of the market), the most important one I have found in him is ... speed! For a house we were interested in, we wanted to make the offer ASAP to increase the chance. It took him just about 24 hours from touring the house to making the offer. Note this happened during the long holiday break when everyone else was relaxing! I know Andy almost two years ago, he was the sellers agent colleague and stood in for the open house. My husband and I went to the open house and found Andy to be sincere, truthful and philosophy consistent with us. We engaged him to make a bid on that house. We lost out as the sellers was countering back to many buyers to get higher amount of overbidding back and forth a couple of times, which turned us off tremendously. Later we had Andy write out another offer for another home. We also lost out on the home as the overbidding was crazy. Andy would share his view on the marke, recommendations patiently and continue to work with us and represent us according to our decision with full support. We stayed in contact with Andy. In between, we solicited his wife loan service more than 8 times between us and our relatives. Her loans was consistently .125 % better rate than anyone else.
