In terms of service, quality and value you just cannot go wrong trusting your loved one with them. I read some of the poor reviews I DO NOT understand the upset at all. Seriously, he was amazing to us. We wanted someone professional, kind, very upfront in terms of cost and logistics and he was all of it. From the very beginning, Gary's approach was nothing short of exemplary. Unlike some other funeral homes we considered, he never once (not. even. once) tried to upsell us on services or push us into making decisions that weren't aligned with our wishes or our budget. In fact, he made it clear that he was there to guide us, not take advantage of our grief, which meant the world to my family. He was always a phone call or an email away, and he was prompt with purposeful response. He helped us navigate the complex process of dealing with the hospital, the VA, and the many other details that we didn't know how to handle. His support allowed us to focus on healing, rather than getting lost in the logistics of it all. Not to disparage other funeral homes, but they seemed to play on folks emotions by hinting that anything else than the diamond package was a stain on our love and dedication to my Dad. Outrageous! I understand that grief affects everyone differently, but if you're looking for someone who is kind, professional, and truly knows his craft, I wholeheartedly recommend Ball Funeral Chapel.
