Melinda, Crystal, Nicole, and Alyss did an excellent job and were very thorough with their cleaning! They were also flexible with using different cleaning products that we preferred. To add to that, their supervisor, Scott, came by to ensure that the cleaning was up to standard and even jumped in to help clean as well. The only issue I had was the initial estimate I received wasn't accurate as the house needed more time than expected and the job had to get split up into two days. However, I'd like to add that I was able to discuss this issue with time maid customer service, specifically with Prachi, who was very understanding of the situation, and came up with a resolution that ultimately worked out. My parents and I were very pleased with the cleaning, the communication, and I would recommend time maid cleaning to others!

Eco friendly products are great if they do the job. In this case, they did not. Our shower tile grout was "cleaned" and looked about 20% better than before the cleaning. Scott came the next day to fix the job. After he left, it was about 50% cleaner, still having discoloring and stains. Overall, if you want a friendly service to do a fair job of cleaning your house at a high price, Time Maid Cleaning will meet your needs.

If there was ever an issue with anything, there was someone there to help get it get resolved (ie: payroll, questions, etc.). This was one of the best jobs I ever had. Enjoyed every day I worked. The first 6 months of the assignment, they would call to see how things were going at least once a month. They always made sure EVERYTHING was going well for me. This is probably the ONLY agency I would ever recommend working for in the Tucson area. While working for them, they offer some benefits. The medical benefit is a legit and good PPO (an HSA is also offered, if you want that option). They also have dental, vision, and life insurance available.

It sounded too good to be true so I was definitely skeptical. I contacted them to give them the benefit of the doubt. I met with one of their headhunters on a Wednesday, interviewed on Friday and started on Monday. Since then any questions I have are answered within the day, everyone is super attentive and nice. I've gotten a few check ins here and there to make sure everything is still going good. They seems to genuinely care from the beginning to placement and afterwards. I hope I can work with them again in the future.
