Jake and Necia are the most incredible wedding photographers! I cannot recommend them highly…read moreenough. Our friends and family are completely obsessed with the photos we've received so far. From the very beginning, they were deeply invested in our day, asking to see our mood boards to match our exact vibe and prioritizing our peace of mind when planning out the family portrait timeline. On the actual wedding day, our shuttles were late and pushed our schedule back, but Jake and Necia powered through to make up time for us while still capturing every single picture we were hoping for. They could have been athletes the way they were running around in 90-degree heat with heavy equipment, effortlessly coordinating, directing, and herding our family and friends! They easily adapted to every situation, managed to capture the little kids' attention for stunning shots, and perfectly incorporated our dog, Ruby, into the portraits. My (now) husband usually only lasts a few minutes while taking photos, but Jake and Necia's posing style and candid approach resulted in amazing, natural pictures of us from the whole night. Their edits make colors feel brighter and their pictures truly come to life so that you can truly relive your wedding day through your photos. They captured every vision we had for our wedding. We chose Kirsten to be our wedding photographer later this year. We just had our engagement photo…read moresession recently and OH MY GOSH she is just incredible. First of all, I want to be her best friend. She's so kind, super funny, she matched our banter well and we had so much fun with her. I have never been a fan of being in photos, and when I opened ours I actually cried with how happy I was this them. To make me feel so happy, to capture our little family and our love so well when we're both awkward people, is something so beyond talent, hard work, experience and skill. First of all, I totally forgot about engagement photos. She followed up a little bit after booking with her, and we set a date that was a ways out as my fiance was injured and wanted to wear shoes rather than a rehab boot Then, she asked if I need outfit help. I work a job with a uniform, and have two t-shirts and one pair of jeans that double whammy as my work jeans and nice jeans, so the answer was yes. She asked a few follow up questions to determine what our style is. Within an hour she had made a Pinterest board for us with over 50 pins of outfits for the both of us. It was perfect and thanks to her shopping for this photo session was a breeze. Then the time came for us to be in front of the camera. Kirsten learned very quickly that we avoid cameras But within minutes, thanks to her coaching and prompting, we were able to let our guard down, be silly, have fun and have some wonderfully intimate looking photos. She went above and beyond walking our property, finding nice spots, getting us to loosen up and be comfortable, and she included our pup Maggie in everything she could! When we tried a photo I thought would be cute but wasn't working because the puppy was being a puppy, Kirsten said let me try something, and was able to photoshop the shot for me. So silly but something so kind and considerate of her to do. Can't recommend her enough for her skills and her personality, and I am so excited to have her on our wedding day and will be a loyal customer throughout our life.

I felt emails weren't responded to right away, but eventually we made it all work. Michelle was great with the photo booth and she also helped me with my bustle on my dress which was awesome when no one else could figure it out! She made sure that her husband John got all of the details for our day. John was a very nice calming voice as our DJ. The only thing I'd recommend for John is speaking with a bit more enthusiasm to get he crowds attention. For our money dance, no one could really hear him, so we weren't super successful with that. He played good music for dancing, and he did a great job making our dance mix for our first dance. Overall they are a very sweet couple and we had a good time with them.
