Love this place! I can make an appointment day of online and the cut itself takes less than 30-minutes. Joseph does good work for men's cuts. read more

This is what they do to you here- discovered 2 bloody gashes after my haircut when I left. They let me walk out of the place bleeding from an uncleaned cut and hoped that I wouldn't notice? The barber didn't even acknowledge that he cut me. Absolutely vile. read more

Was having a great Sunday until I visited this place for a hair cut, it's ruined by one guy with a very disrespectful attitude .. He was rude, unwelcoming and demanded that I explain the exact style needed or felt like he would chop my head off .. this was too much and I left right there and then.. couldn't even wait to ask his name.. If a business wants to go on a path of self destruction, then they should hire someone like him.. this used to be a good salon, will NEVER try this again and advise u guys the same !!! read more

I stopped in on an appointment and was greeted by a quasi-racist female barber who didn't know what a cesar cut was despite this term being fairly customary in the barber world. Correct me if I'm wrong, but every barber from Aventura, FL to Fairfax, VA has had no problem with this request. She made it a point to shame me for asking for a well-known cut by proclaiming, "I'm a black woman..." and, "You're not from around here, huh?" and finally, "This is Atlanta, Georgia." Actually, I'm pretty sure the shop is well within Alpharetta's city limits, but I guess I understand her confusion. I just walked out because I didn't want to risk wearing a slanted, cattywampus cut for a week. I also first entered with a mask because I didn't know their requirements and was looked at like I was an idiot. This is probably not a good shop at all based on how there were no customers in there. Hopefully, this will be one of the business closure casualties soon as we don't need any more crappy businesses in this area. Sorry to any barbers who work here who might actually be professional. read more

Great spot! I've been coming here for over a year now and have been extremely pleased with this place. "Marianna" is my stylist of choice! She gives a great fade and a perfect cut every time. read more

Andrey's is a fantastic barbershop. I have been coming here since it opened. Recently I moved away for 3 years and after moving back I could only go back to Andrey. The barbers take their time and pay attention to detail to give great cuts. read more

Today was the first time I was in that place, and the person who attended me did a bad job, my hair was long and he it ruined my hair, he even noticed that my hair was horrible and he did not bother to fix it. read more

Not professional. Don't even know about scalp psoriasis and that it is not contagious. People with psoriasis just avoid this place.

Andrey's is a 25-30 minute drive from where I live but I keep coming back because of the great haircuts I get from Eric or Andrey. The shop is clean and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. read more

Been here before quick good haircuts yet Today called at 12:45- they told me appointment at 1:20 will work, walk in at 1:20 and two people ahead of me, either don't do appointments, or don't lie to me and say I'm good for 1:20- from 12:45-1:20 you obviously knew there was people ahead of me just say a later time where you can honor the appointment read more

I had to find a new barber shop for my 2 year old who hates getting his hair cut. We were able to walk in on a Saturday and get in immediately. We were set up with Sherri who was so patient and kind. Our little man was sceptical at first and began to fuss but she gave him time to adjust and a lolly pop which did the trick! With a little help from Elmo he sat still for the entire haircut and didn't fuss. We left with the most perfect haircut. We'll definitely be back! Thank you Sherri! read more

I was not pleased the last time I went here. The guy who used to cut my hair is no longer there. Now there is always 2 or 3 new people cutting hair. It seems they have a lot of turnover now. Also the new person who cut my hair complained the whole time I was there about my hair being too long. The quality of hair cut was not what I was used to getting there. I doubt if I will ever go back. Ben B read more

Andrey is a good guy, and the place is great, but I took my son to get a haircut today and one would think we were back in 2018... I walked in wearing my mask with my 5 year old son (also wearingone), but NONE of the staff wore masks. It is irresponsible that on the 15th of December 2019, they don't believe that wearing a mask in a tiny place like that is critical. I simply walked out. read more

I've been to this place at least 5 times now. I have used four different barbers at this shop. Andry is the real deal. I have been to him just once but was given the best hair cut of my life. The reason for a 4 star is because of the lack of consistency amount the service and the other hair cutters there. So far with my experience Andry is the only one I would recommend read more

This place has always been hit and miss, at best. Turnover is extreme. No better than a SportsClips or SuperCuts. About the time you find a barber you like, he or she is gone, and when you attempt to track him or her down, don't expect any assistance from those who remain. read more

Worst hair cut I've ever gotten. The lady either didn't want to or didn't know how to cut a "fade" she some fucking how after I repeated keep it long on top with hand gestures and exact measurements on how much to cut my hair she just shipped off inch after inch and the worst part is she cut it short on the top and side of my head and left the back of my head almost untouched it looks so bad. I literally had to say " stop cutting my hair up top cuz she just kept going. And every time I told her a fade she just gave me a look and I ended up just having to say fuck it. I feel like she knows one haircut and that's all she does. read more

This used to be my go to Barber shop in Alpharetta, but seems to be going downhill. Both of my favorite barbers (Boris & Gus) have left, but the one nice thing I thought was that they open at 8am since they have signs saying we open at 8am everywhere. Well here I am at 8:30am sitting in the parking lot for the past 30min waiting for someone to show. Time to find another barber! read more

When scheduling my appointment, the barbers were very rude towards me when I asked if there was someone that people ask for typically to which the man on the phone replied "we're all good here choose". When I came in for my appointment, they practically ignored me. I finally got there for my haircut with Frank. I asked for only a small portion of my hair to be cut and for a skin fade, meaning the lowest setting on the razor. He did everything the complete opposite. He cut off all of my hair and as for the skin fade, there were still large patches of my hair that were not cut. I spent an hour in the chair and it seems as though he didn't listen to what is said at all despite me clearly showing and telling him what I want. I had a similar experience with the other barbers there. The only person who actually spoke to me respectfully and listened was Gus and he doesn't work there anymore. I would recommend finding a different place to get your hair cut read more

These guys messed up my beard...they're super rude. Lady at the front tells me no one here can mess it??? I came here a few weeks prior and got great service from Gus. He wasnt here today. I tell the guy the beard lines aren't strait..he just says no..they are..Seriously dude! Good thing about a beard is that it can grow back. Im super pissed. read more

I have no idea what that privileged, feeling entitled 1 star review is talking about, but I just got the best haircut I have ever had from my man Roberto! I told him what I wanted, he showed me some photos to verify that it was the style I was wanting, cut with speed but was very precise! He used a straight blade to clean things up, hot foam, warm moist towel, after shave, the works! Service with a smile, great customer service, and a very inviting staff! GREAT prices too!!! I'm sure everyone there is great at cutting hair, but I recommend Roberto! He knows what he's doing! read more

Up until finding this barber, I have tried many other places with mediocre results. I finally came across this barber about 9 cuts ago! I usually see Boris and for the first time today Eddie cut my hair because I came too early for the early bird special. Both barbers are awesome and I would highly recommend, furthermore I would truly suggest any barber at this location as I see a lot of great results before and after when people come in. These guys are great, they make getting your haircut fun and relaxing, I actually look forward to getting my haircut more often as it no longer feels like its a "chore".Thanks for the awesome results, hat down to this team! read more

Great! Highly recommend. Usually busy , call ahead to get in line . Never been disappointed. ....the neck shave and massage is everything ! Ask for Gus , he's awesome read more

I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed! I took my son to get a hair cut, and our barbed was Boris. We explained what we wanted and he exceeded our expectations! During the whole haircut he was talking to us and sharing stories as if we've known each other for years! I will be coming down to the barber shop from now on. I was extremely impressed and I personally love that place. read more

Very expensive and rude customer service. The people working here don't know how to behave with their customers. The haircut literally took only 10 mins. and the charge was $20. The barber doesn't pay attention to any details. You can probably get the same haircut or maybe better at Great Clips or SuperCuts for half the price. Stay away from this overly expensive mediocre place. read more

Thought I'd give this place down the street from home a try. Busted it in rush-hour to get there well before 7:00 closing. Walked in at 6:35 and the guy at front desk said, "Sorry. We're closing. Last customer at 6:30." (Never had a 25+ minute haircut in my life.) Also grew up in a retail business that took in customers at closing time because they were spending $$. Times change, and service just gets worse... read more

No frills, just a good job. Walked in, put down my name and Boris was calling me back before I could sit down. I don't get anything exciting, so usually pretty quick cut no matter what, but Boris was adamant to do a good job and was very meticulous. I will surely go back. Clean, sanitary, and customer friendly. Maybe I'll get a shave next time. read more
