These guys are absolutely shocking. Not only disorganised with little communication between branches, but rude and threatening as well. In the first instance, they repeatedly told us that we had to put money down without ever having seen any papers, and said that if we didn't like it there were other people willing to see the property. Then they lost our deposits several times, each time calling us up and accusing us of having not paid it when in fact it was their incompetence. No apologies at all. When we went to sign the contract they had put an extra 375 pounds a month on the contract for 'bills', even though all bills were included. It was only upon pressing quite hard that the woman checked the original advert and amended the contract. Again, no apologies. Finally, they lost all four of our direct debit forms - blamed us, blamed the bank, blamed everyone apart from themselves, and after each of us setting up our direct debits independently, are now saying that they haven't received payment. To top it all off, I rang up to try and sort this all out, and the woman I spoke to, Caroline, started threatening us with joint and several liability if we didn't sort it out, even though everyone has paid using the details I rang up and asked them about on the day the rent was supposed to be in on.
