so I went to dental works with a mouth full of bad rotted out teeth and got a partial on top and…read moreone on the bottom. I was so happy to be getting them done and wanted and hoped they'd be done right. it's been such a nightmare though at this place. so many things I can say and add that would steer anyone away from this dentist and this place. For one, the way that they removed the bad ones, well they left one still in there in my gum that was broke off that I feel. second, my first partial I got was made so thin that it broke on me from being so thin which is what he even said as well when he commented on just how thin it was where it broke at but he charged me anyway for a new replacement all because my husband said I had used my toothbrush on them. I didnt even brush them hard or tough at all. it was THAT thin. third, it takes literally 6 times for them to get the right fit for my bottom partial replacement since the one broke because every time they had a new set come in they didn't fit at all in any way. I finally got a set that worked and fit my mouth and this isn't even a year into it that I've had this set now and the top and bottom are thinning so badly and so much. usually dentures and partials are supposed to last up to 10 years and I haven't even had these for a year yet and I've been having to look around for places to get a new set due to knowing they will break at any time with how thin they are getting. bottom is so thin that you can literally see through it. I'm not sure how they haven't broke yet by now. top is thinning where the gum goes on them and it's getting thin enough to where it's clear through the partial which is shouldn't be. also, I got a filling from him on 1 tooth and it fell out so he did it again for me and told me he wouldn't charge me for this one that fell out, which was fine and great due to it being his mistake and not being done right or good enough. well that same one he fixed and didn't charge me to fix is now messed up again. as the filling and the gum line don't even touch. there's a gap between the filling and the gum that I can see my actual tooth through that's going bad because it wasn't done right. he also told me I had to have a root canal on this tooth due to not making me numb enough when filling it the second time. it hasn't hurt me at all since then, since he was trying to shave down my tooth and the filling he had put in. worst pain in my life. I got another opinion on that tooth and sure enough, I don't need a root canal. the filling just wasn't done right and they didn't get the right spot when numbing me for the filling which had me in so much pain that they had to stop. it's not the first time from me that the root canal thing has been said by someone either as there's been a few more I have read about that they went through the same thing regarding a filling he had done that went bad/fell out and that he told them they needed a root canal from it. it's just bad. I also had an appointment set up with them for said "root canal" that was confirmed by a woman at the desk when I made the appointment, come the day of this appointment I find out it was never even scheduled to begin with like I had thought I made sure of. The woman even told me and confirmed it was set for me. just a nightmare of a place and now I'm having to have more work done and another set of partials made for me on top and bottom due to the lab he uses not being good at all as they apparently don't make good partials or use strong materials for them that hold up. don't waste your time. you will come out with way more than you actually need to have done and have more issues than you previously had before going in and will absolutely have to spend more money than you initially planned to fix what was done wrong to begin with at this place.

I had a very good experience at dental works in Hendersonville. Stephanie performed my cleaning and…read moreshe was very knowledgeable when I asked questions. I did have to book my appt 6 months ahead of time, but it was quick and painless when I went in for my cleaning.
