Not only was the part much more reasonably priced, but the shipped it from England to Texas faster than most places would ship from New York to Texas. Furthermore, working with the parts manager, Rob, was a great experience. He is very professional, and goes out of his was to ensure excellent customer service. Should have gone straight back in person to deal with the problems first but really lost patience…read more The dealer did repairs and a bit extra to make up for other faults and full credit to them for that. I have been told that some cars are jinxed and mine must be one of those as the gearbox failed after 12 months. I advise you to not lose confidence and go back with any fault to see what can be done. The salesman says he is god-fearing and I was impressed by that and that is the major factor that persuades me not to be negative about him.
