They do not open on time. They are supposed to be open at 10am, but lateness is a thing here. This is slackness. People are waiting for their legal matters. The front desk lady yells at you and has a nasty attitude and thinks everyone's situation is like hers. Don't give legal advice unless you're qualified lady!
