She was very flexible on what we wanted. We were not sure if we needed to spend the extra money on something we could do ourselves. My husband and I work full time, along with the packing and trying to get our daughters packed we decided to hire Jenn. Best decision we made. I came home from work to my house being show ready! Instead of stressing over cleaning everything tonight I am relaxing with my family. Totally worth it!!!!

She gave us an estimate which she then revised after 2 more visits as we decided there would be less for her to remove. She and her crew worked quickly and efficiently to remove our left-overs and were done in less time than expected. An added plus is that hazardous materials are included in the removal. Leaving the premises broom clean the new buyer was impressed with the condition of the house when the walk through inspection was made. The second job was cleaning out my late mother's apartment, complicated by the fact the facility where she lived was closed down with no visitors and special arrangements had to be made for her crew to make it happen. Again, it was done efficiently and quickly. She doesn't just take your goods to the landfill, she tries to sell what she can and donate also, giving you a donation slip to use. Besides clean outs, she also does estate sales and will help you organize any clutter you have. Highly recommended and we are glad we found her.

I had bad experiences with other cleaning services and was really skeptical when I signed up for…read morethe twice monthly plan. Coming from Miami where cleaning services are generally not too expensive, paying upwards of $100 per cleaning seemed a lot to me. After comparing prices, I quickly figured out that Clean My Space CT had some of the better priced cleaning plans. As such, I bit the bullet and tried them out. I asked for 8am the first Saturday so I could be there to monitor and also get some errands done afterwards. I thought for sure they're going to say no (they didn't) or cancel last minute like some other places had (again they didn't). They gave me a half hour window when their cleaning crew would arrive, 8-8:30. I set my alarm for 7:50 thinking I had time to pick up since obvious that meant they would get to my house at 8:30. They did not. At 8 on the dot there was a ring at my door and there were two smiling ladies who said they would be cleaning my house. They brought all their own, took off their shoes and started cleaning. I have two story townhouse with two bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths. It's not huge but it does take me about a good 4-5 hours to (half ass) clean it by myself. These two ladies finished in 2 1/2 to 3 hours and my house has never looked better. They are trustworthy and punctual and thorough. I think there whole team is absolutely amazing. There was one Saturday that one lady came by herself and I was a little worried because I thought she'd take much longer by herself but nope, finished everything up in a reasonable amount of time (3-3 1/2 hrs). She cleaned just as well as the other two lady cleaning team. So, after a long winded story, I HIGHLY recommend Clean My Space CT. They may not be cheap but they are worth every single penny for the peace of mind that they give and the excellent job that they do.

He called me and scheduled a quote estimate visit within the same week, and soon after, sent over a quote. This process was very seamless and efficient. Steve was very professional, on time, and finished the job quickly. The job was a bit tough because slate is a very porous stone, and my floors had an oil-based sealant on them, so he had to remove the sealant first and then clean the floors, which was laborious. Nevertheless, the floors came out excellent and looked dramatically different (in a very good way!). He also applied a hospital-grade disinfectant to my floors, which was a nice touch. Pricing was very reasonable and fair, and Steve was very transparent about pricing from his initial visit, which I appreciated very much. I will be hiring Clean Step Chem-Dry for all of my tile and stone cleaning needs in the future. Highly recommend!
