We were very excited by the…read morefact that it was a Michelin Star Restaurant but that did not have any impact on the quality of the service we received. First of all we went on a Monday evening so the place was not busy. We sat down and ordered a bottle of water and the gave us sparkling water. Then we received bread and asked for butter and we had to remind them about fifteen minutes later to bring it. We placed an order for our food and told them at that time to make the apple pie which takes 25 minutes. For our meal we ordered a steak with a salad and a artichoke. The salad looked like the just tossed a mix in a bowl w dressing. The steak came out without the side artichoke and that did not arrive until I was almost finished w my steak. My friend ordered a salmon meal and they brought out the appetizer version. After dinner I ordered cappuccino and they brought out a chalk cup of regular coffee. After we were about finished eating I asked our waiter if the apple pie had been ordered. He told us yes but did not bring it out for roughly 25 minutes which is the time it would have taken them to make one had they forgot to place the order. The service was no where what to expect from a Michelin Star establishment. They truly do need to work on customer service
