What I truly enjoy about Andrea Testa is her patience. We were looking at homes for a year and half (seeing the market go crazy competitive to super stagnant because of high interest rates). Some of the houses we enjoyed, I would get a gut feeling about it at the last minute and not want to put an offer on the home. She never made us feel guilty about that or pressured us to change our minds. With that being said, she was always available to show us homes. Together we have seen so many homes together! Every time I would text her a house we were interested in, she made herself available to look at it with us. I really appreciate her being a part of our journey to find a home for our growing family. She even helped us with trade businesses after we closed escrow. She recommended a great flooring guy to help us refinish our parquet flooring. She also helped us clear out our garage as the previous owners left some miscellaneous things we didn't want. I highly recommend Andrea Testa. She is friendly, patient, and professional. As our agent, home-buying felt effortless as she guided us through every step. read more

I called Andrea Testa to help me sell a house in Leisure World. Being aan honest realtor with the maturity to recognize her limits regarding al the Leisure policies and hoops, she referred me to a highly competent realtor, Robin Gay with decades of experience with Leisure World. Between the two,I received clear and supportive direction and support. Andrea kept herself in the loop to make sure everything was going well. I really appreciate the professionalism of both. read more

Andrea is an expert level real estate agent! This is our 3rd home purchasing. We had very specific needs in buying our.home and the market was super competitive. Andrea helped us to beat out 30 offers on our home because she is incredibly well connected. Andrea was incredibly responsive night and day. We were never left wondering and were always informed on where we stood. I loved so much that she wasn't pushy. We would tour a home and she would bring to our attention any callouts she would see. Things that would make a difference in our day to day lives but might have been over looked. We are very fortunate and grateful to have Andrea on our team. Her expertise and background insight were a game changer for us! We LOVE our new home so much! No doubts here on who we will call if we ever need an agent. Highly recommended! read more

My wife and I just bought our first house and we could not have done it without Andrea's guidance throughout the entire process. From the very first video call with her, we felt like we were truly in good hands, and that someone was looking out for us and willing to have our backs. As first time buyers, we had a TON of questions and Andrea was not only informative and helpful, but very patient as we tried to wrap our heads around everything; even responding to texts and emails outside of "normal business" hours. Searching for a home during the pandemic was a little tricky since there were no open houses and tours had to be scheduled individually, along with paperwork to even step foot inside a place. Andrea took care of all of this and was very accommodating in opening up her schedule to plan tour days. Understanding it was a hot sellers' market, she stayed on top of us to see potential houses right away, helping us move the process along. When it came time to make offers, Andrea's working relationship with our lender (CLS Financial, who we highly recommend as well) ensured that everything went smoothly. Her knowledge of the market and familiarity with the neighborhoods we were looking at were invaluable, especially when it came to strategizing on offers. And in my opinion, her rapport with sellers' agents put us in the best possible position to compete against multiple offers on houses. When one of our offers was finally accepted (woohoo!), Andrea was crucial in making sure we closed escrow on time. From scheduling inspectors to negotiating terms and helping us deal with the escrow company, she always made sure we were well taken care of. She even loaned us boxes for moving and tried to help us save a buck wherever she could. As she likes to put it, she's not only here for us to buy the house, she's our realtor for life! We love our new house and have Andrea to thank for it. tl;dr Andrea is awesome and we highly recommend working with her! read more

Andrea is wonderful! We reached out to her to help us sell my husband's condo. This was stressful as it was right in the middle of COVID. However, she was a pleasure to work with; kept us in the loop and educated us on every step in the process. When it was time to buy a home we reached out to her again, even though we were looking outside of the LB area. Again she was a pleasure to work with. Made the process easy and painless. My parents once had a horrible experience with a realtor which caused me a lot of anxiety as we were looking for a realtor. However, Andrea has totally turned that around. She is always professional, encouraging, honest when giving her opinions and willing to educate us on the process. Working with her feel like you are working with a trusted friend that has your best interest in mind. read more

Andrea was so great to work with during our home search process. She took the time to understand what my wife and I were looking for and showed us so many houses to fit that. She made us feel important to her by being available to answer our questions and go out to see a house as soon as we could. She was super responsive and helpful when structuring our offer. In the very difficult market, she took the process just as hard as we did when we didn't "win" the house we bid on. In the end, she paired us with an amazing seller and helped make our dreams come true by showing us the house that was meant to be ours. Andrea went the extra mile to make us feel so secure in the deal we were making. She is trustworthy, hardworking, reliable, responsive, and fun to be around! Andrea is extremely knowledgeable, professional and reliable. My condo sale went very smoothly. Her photographer took fabulous pictures and I got two full price offers from the first showing. We handled everything remotely as I was on the road to my new home in another state. Her escrow company was excellent and the escrow was completed in two weeks!! My condo sold for the highest price for a studio unit in the building! I highly recommend having Andrea assist you in selling or buying a home. read more

Just want to shout out to our cousin Andrea Testa who just sold our mothers home. It was painless and flawless for us. I know this was a tough one for us having to put our mother in an assisted living after living in her home for over 60 years but I also know it was hard for Andrea as well since she has spent many holidays and celebrations at this house so she had to wear 2 hats during this sale, one as a family member and one as her job as a realtor. From the estate sale to the staging to the sale it was just a few short weeks and we were done. our mother loves her new place and I hope the new owners have many many wonderful times in their new house as we did. Thank you Andrea , we could not be happier with the outcome of the sale of the house. I highly recommend Andrea and her team if you are looking for a realto. read more

As first time home buyers who found a house first before finding an agent, Andrea was a joy to work with. As a queer couple we were specifically looking to work with agents who were part of the community. We appreciated how responsive she was and how she supported our choices through the process. It was very quick, but we thoroughly enjoyed our short time together and look forward to working with her in the future. We found her through reviews and the reviews live up to her name! She is a calm, friendly, and proactive and we feel very lucky to have found her. read more

I first met Andrea about six years ago in a store. I knew her name and face from her advertisements in the local circulars and banners on the gates at the local schools. Though we weren't in the market then, I stopped to say hello anyhow. She was friendly and kind, and I instantly knew when we were ready to purchase a home, we would use her. Years later, she was my first call, and that same kindness shined thru in our initial conversations. As many of these other reviews state, Andrea truly cares about her clients. She genuinely wants you to find the best home, and is happy to share her industry knowledge and expertise with you. We had many stops and starts in our personal search which lasted about 18 months (!!) - the pandemic, and mandatory furloughs being our least favorite parts. Through it all, Andrea was there to offer support, kept in touch just the right amount, and was, and still is, an absolute gem to work with. Our homebuying process with Andrea and her referrals was terrific, and when we had issues with a vendor (not her referral), she absolutely had our backs and did everything she can to smooth things out. Andrea makes you feel important. She recognizes just how big of a milestone a home purchase is, particularly for a first-time homebuyer, and treats the process with an enormously high level of patience and respect. Andrea is thoughtful, kind, supportive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and so many other wonderful things. I can't recommend her enough as a realtor, and know that in the years to come, I would never use anyone else. read more

We are so lucky to have had Andrea as our agent. We had been looking in the area for more than a year. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, and the kind of property that would be good for us. She gave us lots of great background information on the neighborhoods, and Long Beach in general. When we found a house, she talked us through our worries, and helped us make an informed decision. She was prompt with all the deadlines, and had great recommendations for inspectors. Even our lender was very impressed with her work. Now we are happy to be able to call her our friend! read more

We met Andrea at an open house two or three years before we began to seriously look for a place. During that time, we noticed that she was deeply involved in the community. We stayed in touch via Facebook, and when it came time to finally purchase our first house, we knew who to call. Buying a house is exciting and stressful in equal measure and we were glad to have her in our corner throughout the process. Her positive attitude and patience really helped us stay sane and her knowledge helped us navigate the competitive Long Beach real estate market. Most of all, she was one of the most ethical business people I've ever had the pleasure in dealing with. In the end, when found the exact right house for us and made a lifelong friend in the process. I recommend her without reservation. read more

I have so many good things to say about Andrea that I don't even know where to start. I am a first time home buyer and was buying a place on my own. As is the case with most first time homebuyers, I went into the process with little knowledge and a whole lot of excitement (and a whole lot of anxiety). I felt that Andrea was extremely invested and caring and that she guided me through the whole process. I started my search in June 2023 and admittedly had a rough time of it. I wanted a nice place in a nice neighborhood for a first time homebuyer price which in this market and especially in Long Beach is really difficult to find. Andrea was dedicated to finding me a place that worked for me and was not discouraged despite the (many) nos along the way. The search came to a head in September when I was faced with the decision to either find a place ASAP or resign my lease at my apartment. In the 11th hour, Andrea used her connections to find me the perfect place (which wasn't even on the market yet!). During negotiations, I felt like Andrea went out of her way to ensure that I got the place. During a very complicated escrow, Andrea was there to support me and answer my many questions. After the sale, Andrea found painters for me, managed the whole paint job, found a house cleaner, and managed that too so that the place would be 100% ready for me. All of this exemplifies the wonderful, caring, dedicated human Andrea is. She is my realtor for life and I could not recommend her more! read more

Andrea is the the best. Listing, selling and moving is stressful enough, but during COVID even more so. Andrea took care of so many things for me. She brought in her super star team to handle window washing, cleaning, photography and video to generate interest. She's a master at social media and leveraged these platform to drive traffic. She communicates through the whole process. If your listing your house or looking to buy, you need Andrea on your team! Thanks, Andrea for all you did. So glad I selected you as my realtor. read more

Andrea is amazing! If it weren't for her we would not be in our dream home. We were first time buyers and very eager is a VERY hot market and The Testa made it happen for us at a time when we had given up hope. She goes above and beyond developing creative ways to make an offer stand out. Andrea took the time to befriend the listing agent and between their relationship and her shining personality, I'm pretty certain that's what sealed the deal. She is incredibly responsive (even when out of town). And Andrea will treat you like family and spend extra time answering all questions. We loved working with Andrea and can't say enough good things about our experience! read more

I reached out to Andrea after going through a miserable experience with another realtor. She got us back on track and made the process of selling our home a breeze, even during Covid! Not only is she an incredible realtor - she's a really ethical and kind person - that meant as much to me as her skills in navigating the home selling process (which are also top-notch). Here are just some of the things I experienced: - Robust marketing and listing strategy- we were extremely satisfied with how she presented our place online. The video and photos she put together couldn't have looked better (essential as people were on edge about going into homes due to the pandemic). She worked her bum off to get our place looking great online and got more interest in the first weekend than I expected going into the process. She was there the entire day of our viewings - making sure that everything ran on schedule and that all safety protocols were followed. We got four above asking offers after one day of viewings. - Savvy and communicative - she talked us through each of the offers and educated us throughout the process so that we made good decisions about how to move forward each step of the way. We found her to be very knowledgeable and savvy. She gave us updates constantly on what was transpiring - really made us feel in control of our process. And she's fun and has a great sense of humor! - Organized and professional - Andrea was ON TOP of the escrow/closing process. There are so many things to juggle and timelines are a bit wonky right now - but she did what it took to meet milestones and we closed on time. Her team is also very organized and responsive - all of our questions were immediately answered throughout. She certainly knows when to jump to action, when needed - but at the same time she's extremely calm, reassuring and thoughtful - a perfect match for anyone with anxiety about the process (me). She also has working relationships with a ton of people in the Long Beach business small business sector - she gave us recommendations to help us with moving, cleaning, etc. All very helpful. - Compassionate and easy to work with - the whole time I felt like Andrea was in this with us. She cared as much as we did about selling our home - and she cares about us as people! I trust her completely. She treats everyone around her with kindness and respect - I felt proud to have her represent us. She's just an all around great human. I can't recommend her enough. I won't work with anyone else for another real estate transaction. read more

I represented the buyer for a recent transaction in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach, a highly desirable area. We had to beat out multiple offers and when we opened escrow we were handled and treated first class all the way from her transaction coordinator to the escrow and title people. It is not very day or very often that I leave a 5 star review for another Realtor. ANdrea is one of the best, classiest and most accountable types I've ever worked with. Andrea is the best real estate agent I've had the pleasure of working with (and after two home sales, three purchases, and a different agent for each, I think I've got some decent ground for comparisson). She really goes out of her way to help her clients achieve whatever they need to achieve in whatever time frame is necessary. My wife and I called her up, told her we were coming to Long Beach for 4 days and needed to find a house. She made it so we were able to do a whirlwind home search in which she took us around to 20 houses in two days! That has to be some sort of record! And she never tried to send us off on our own nor did she allow herself to be distracted with other business while we were in town. She even cancelled some of her own personal plans because she knew our time frame was so limited. Andrea intuited what sort of neighborhood and home we would want from very little interaction and conversation. It is like she has a special sense to know which clients belong where! And when it comes down to the nitty gritty of getting the sale to happen, she's an ace! You always feel like she's on your side and takes her fiduciary responsiblity to you as her upmost priority. Andrea Testa is the agent to hire if you want personal service, great insight, and professionalism! We are so happy in our new home in Bixby Knolls! read more

As a first time homebuyer, my husband and I were so blessed to have worked with Andrea. She was by far the best to work with. We never had to ask her to do anything for us, she was always on top of everything. Andrea Testa - Keller Williams Realty - The gift we received from our amazing realtor Andrea. It was so thoughtful - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Long Beach, California

I knew Andrea Testa from her previous business as the owner and operator for Free Spirit Yoga and I always liked her from that experience. Even though Andrea was newer to real estate than the 3 other agents I had worked with, I wanted to give her a try for my most recent transaction. My 2 last agents had been very difficult to work with; we were not a good match. Their priorities were different to mine and I felt like just another number to them. One even sat in the car with me while telling her daughter on the phone that "I think the deal is a go; we're going to write up an offer when I get back to the office," as if I wasn't sitting right there hearing her discuss her numbers for the month. When I found the property that I wanted to purchase, I contacted Andrea out of the blue. I knew it would not be in her regular territory, but I still asked if she might show me the listing. She was happy to be of service. It turned out to be a very difficult and complicated short sale. Throughout the ordeal, Andrea kept in communication and showed her professionalism, dedication, and responsiveness. I trusted her to look out for me and she did. I hesitate to say that she went above and beyond the call of duty because she deserves to live a balanced life and not be expected to go above board for every real estate transaction, but in my case, she did to help save the offer. Because of Andrea's efforts, I was able to obtain exactly what I was seeking. I'm a fan! read more

If I could give Andrea 50 stars I would. She is an amazing real estate professional and I was lucky enough to hire her. I live in Oakland CA. My oldest sister lived in Long Beach and passed away August 2017. One weekend when we were down in Long Beach clearing out the house, my wife and I interviewed 3 real estate agents looking for one to represent us in the sale of the house. Andrea came to that interview fully prepared with a folder of information including comps for the neighborhood and information about her record as a local real estate agent. She was prepared giving us a presentation of everything that we could expect in selling our sister's house. She was very down to earth and set very real and attainable expectations. After interviewing all 3 agents we took several days before finally deciding on Andrea Testa. As I said earlier, I live in Oakland which meant that I needed to rely on Andrea to oversee the sale of this home including all the maintenance, inspections, cleaning, really whatever issues arose. She handled all of those things and more, making it possible for me to conduct all business from my home in Oakland. I did not have to go to Long Beach once, All business and transactions were handled using DocuSign, email and phone. This whole process was easy and painless for the most part. I am happy to say that the house closed today and was recorded. In closing I would like to make one additional comment. Andrea took us on as clients knowing that we had recently lost our sister and were now faced with the emotional task of selling her home and yet Andrea made the whole experience a smooth and relatively pain free process. I cannot thank her enough. Her skills are off the charts. She is a total professional, surrounded by people to support her every move from cleaning, landscaping, home repair, painting and all other aspects of preparing your home for sale. Her escrow team helped us move through a very quick 21 day escrow to the conclusion of recording the sale today. If you are looking for a real estate professional to either sell your existing home or help you find that dream home, look no further than Andrea Testa of Keller Williams Realty. Thank you Andrea for your caring, and compassionate approach to real estate. read more

I don't usually write reviews and often times forget even when I intended to do so, I forget...however...this one is ONE FOR THE BOOKS! Here goes: AMAZING, ATTENTIVE, INQUISITIVE! As a first time home buyer Andrea made an overwhelming experience, smooth. She asked the right questions so she knew exactly what I was looking for, she paid attention to detail and was an absolute DELIGHT to work with. She was ALWAYS available when I had questions, concerns, doubts etc. Multiple offers later, many open houses on weekends and after working hours (Andrea was there every step of the way) I found the house I was looking for! Throughout the entire process Andrea was PATEINT and ENCOURAGING, ensuring me that "The One" would come along. She is very WELL RESPECTED in the community and in the real estate business in the Long Beach and Lakewood areas as I would often hear great things about her from other real estate agents as we would visit houses. I can't speak highly enough about Andrea, both as a person and as a realtor. She helped my girlfriend and I buy our first condo and we are SO glad we found her. Andrea is always available and truly makes you feel like you are her only client. She even took us down to Orange County to look at a few condos. Even though she wasn't familiar with the OC area she still tried to figure out what would be a good fit for us. We ultimately bought in the Bixby area but she took us all over Long Beach as we had a wide range of neighborhoods we were looking in. She is extremely flexible and very very helpful. Not to mention she has a great personality that would be very hard to not get along with. She is always positive but also gives her opinion when asked for it. TRUE PERSONAL SERVICE...this sums up Andrea Testa on many levels. She was such a pleasure to work with and she really understood what our goals were. It wasn't easy being a working family with two young children. Andrea handled both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one all in the same neighborhood, Bixby Knolls. It was a simultaneous deal with a lot of working parts and a small timeline. She worked hard everyday and got it done. Andrea has a pulse on the community and the market. She is honest and really looked after our best interest. Andrea was resourceful and had access to all the resources. This allowed us to sell our home quickly and gave us a real edge in purchasing our new one. It was a complicated process and we were complicated, but she was patient and did an EXCELLENT job. What I loved was that I was not caught in a "real estate factory". I worked with Andrea and only Andrea. It wasn't confusing. She hand-held us the entire time, made herself available, and answered all of our questions. Andrea made it a comfortable process and we would have not done it any other way. I don't know anyone who has been disappointed with her services. I mean how many agents do you know that cleans, paints, helps you pack, and guides you beyond the transaction? She helped us make our HOME and make a big transition in life...not just conduct the sell and buy. True personal service! As a local business owner myself and community leader, I can say that Andrea EXCEEDS the amazing reputation she has in Bixby Knolls as an agent, member of the community, and human being...and I would say that it goes beyond the community and echoes throughout all of Long Beach. read more

Andrea looked out for us in so many ways; she talked to neighbors to learn more about the community and communicated regularly with our loan agent to make sure everything was running smoothly. She always kept us involved and was always so flexible with our schedule. Andrea knows her stuff! She's so educated, calm, collected, and truly has the best interest of her clients in mind.
