Angela is, in a nutshell, organized, helpful, knowledgable, easy to reach, supportive when she needs to be, blunt when she needs to be, understanding and comforting when she needs to be, and a spitfire when it comes to negotiating. I know that a realtor should always be on your side, but she takes that to another level. Her team is impeccable, she's VERY hands on, and she's someone who is always anticipating the next steps so there's no surprises that pop up. I'm currently working on my sixth transaction with her and refer her out to so many people who always come back with rave reviews. You're in the best hands with her and her team.

We had relocate out-of-state for work and had to sell our home in Redondo Beach. I'm only writing this review after we were forced to deal with other agents in our new location. It really makes me appreciate Rachel even more. She is not only honest, hardworking, and personable but she is knowledgeable, an amazing negotiator and confidant. The entire sale side can be overwhelming and stressful but Rachel's demeanor always made my husband and I comfortable and at ease. When it came to questions she was always available to us via phone, text, email or in person and respond in a timely fashion. Even with our busy work schedules, she handled the sale side seamlessly. From her help with staging to the amazing marketing plan she developed, which included a very high quality flyer that really did a great job highlighting our home. I even saved the flyer as a template of what to do in the future. All this really helped us sell our house in record time. Once we received multiple offers after the first day of being on the market. Rachel did an amazing job of researching the potential buyers and delivered the organized presentation to us with all the pros and cons. She assisted us in making a smart, fair and expeditious decision and we closed escrow within 30 days and sold our home to a very nice family over asking. Everything Rachel does is of the highest quality and consistent. We only wish we had agents like her here in Miami, Florida. We've been clients of Mica's for both buying and selling our home. We left a 5 star review already…read morefor her as a buyer's agent--and she was fantastic. Now, as our sellers agent, she deserves all the more stars in the world. About a week after we called her saying we might want to sell, she lined everything up: the best photographer, the perfect marketing strategy, the list of things we needed to do to stage. We had set the asking price based on recently sold comps in our neighborhood, but she marketed our house so well that we ended up with almost 30 offers within a week, and ultimately sold for more than 200k over asking and far above the comps we based our price on. She showed the property almost 100 times, all day every day for a week, to make sure everyone who wanted to see it and make an offer could. But it isn't just her stellar marketing strategy and work ethic that makes you want Mica in your corner as your seller's agent. We ended up with an extremely difficult close due to a surprise dispute with our neighbor that made us need to lean heavily on Mica. Even though she's in top demand and had lots of other clients, she made herself available at all hours to help us resolve the dispute. She was strategic, helped us keep our goals in mind, and had impeccable calm and judgment in the middle of a difficult multi-party negotiation. She's also an above-and-beyond kind and thoughtful person. We asked her if she had any recommendations of real estate agents in the city we're moving to, figuring she might know some folks offhand. Instead, she researched top agents in the city, vetted them all personally, then sent us a list of the three she thought we would like the most. We wish Mica would move with us and buy our next house with us. It just won't be the same without her.

She knows the city's areas inside out as well as the market and the business of buying real estate. She listened carefully, came to understand what I was looking for and didn't suggest I look at places that weren't going to work for me. I'm picky, but I never felt she was impatient with me. This is my first home purchase and I was nervous as a cat about the whole process. She was so patient and calm with me, it really helped. I am amazed at how quickly she always got back to me considering how busy her schedule is. It always felt like she was relaxed and had plenty of time for me. When I was in despair, she reassured me that I would find a place and she was right. It happened just in the timing and way she suggested it would. She's a pleasure to hang out with, which you will be doing, since finding a home is a lengthy process, or at least it was for me! She knew how to guide the process without overwhelming me with details so that it felt easy and effortless. She's intelligent and a good communicator and could clearly explain the answers to my many questions. I wanted a condo on the east side, and this was a special area of expertise for her, so I feel especially lucky. An additional plus was that she is good at problem solving in terms of working out how furnishing a place would work, storage solutions, etc etc. She seems to be a natural organizer with lots of good ideas and no lack of interest and engagement for each client. I can't say enough good things about my process with Mica. I found the real estate process emotionally difficult at times, and she was such an important source of support. I have the home of my dreams now, as well as a new friend! :)
