We reached out to Chris by email for an explanation, and a cold response of "...will look at it and let you know" was all we received. Considering that sizable differences were found, multiple errors had occurred, no offering to help us understand, and there was a lack of communication and care with any form of perceptible urgency or respect, we are extremely disappointed overall. A service was not performed for us, yet he took our money and has not made any effort to make the situation right. Once they have your money, they make no effort to ensure your happiness. If you are looking for reviews on TAX ONE and cannot find any except this one, ask yourself why.
