Andrea Saved the Day!! I reached out to Andrea at the last minute while under contract on a house for help because another lender I was working with either made an error in our loan paperwork or misled us. Andrea was recommended to me by my realtor based on her proven track record of an ability to close quickly. Andrea got on the phone with my husband and I the evening we reached out, I believe it was 9:30pm on a Saturday! The other lenders (not Andrea) were kind but seemed to be using a lot of "corporate speech," which was difficult for us to understand, and it was hard for us to get a clear answer from them about what our rate would be despite multiple phone calls and video calls. I felt like I had suddenly entered a new job that I was unqualified for and everyone was speaking in french. The other lenders (not Andrea) also only spoke to us on the phone, and we felt like we needed a little visual breakdown of our loan options or something because we were getting lost. When we spoke to Andrea, we told her we were looking for someone who could close quickly, get us the best rate possible, and communicate clearly and directly. Andrea delivered!! Unlike the other lenders we had spoken to, Andrea had a system with graphics that she could demonstrate for clients remotely. We were able to visualize the differences between mortgage options very clearly. It was a relief that Andrea was honest and straightforward in her communication, going above and beyond to help us understand and kindly answering all of our questions. Andrea was efficient and got the job done. Looking back through my emails, Andrea helped us close with only 16 days notice!! Thank you Andrea!! read more

We cannot recommend Andrea enough! We were not happy with the lender we were working with, and reached out to Andrea. She was quick to respond and in less than 24 hours, we were in contract. She took the time to explain everything to us and had some creative ways to look at the numbers that some of the other lenders didn't offer. Plus, a 21 day close was no problem for her. Thank you Andrea! read more

Andrea was recommended to us by our Realtor, and I'm so pleased with how everything went. She provided us with multiple options, and used a tool that modeled not just the closing costs but also long-term impact on overall costs - it was very helpful in determining what we ultimately wanted to go with. Andrea and her team were very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns, and made the home-buying process very smooth from a financing perspective! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for great service and great choices in loans. read more

I believe this is my fourth loan with Andrea in the last 10 years but my first as a self-employed business owner. I went right back to my first home anxiety about the lending process. Andrea had me covered. Not only did she quickly qualify me, she met every timeline and I signed early. I can't recommend Andrea highly enough! read more

First time home buyer...I didn't know anything about anything lol. Initially thought about using an online site like Ally, but after trying it out we had no one to walk us through the what was happening, the legal jargon, payments, etc. We were making the largest payment of our life so it just felt weary. Our real estate agent referred us to Andrea and I'm quite grateful for it since she helped alleviate the temporary anxiety/panic attacks that ensured during the homebuying process. You can certainly try to nickel and dime your mortgage experience with an automated lender, but there's too much at risk in my opinion. As an ex Yelp employee and avid user, I hope other Yelpers can come across Andrea as she was instrumental in making our homebuying journey much better for our mental health. Hopefully there's a refi situation down the road where we can work with her again. read more

If you want your homeowners loan or refinance to go as smooth as possible, then hire Andrea Clark as your loan officer. Andrea is a true professional who proactively keeps you informed every step of the way and works behind the scenes to ensure the process, often laborious, goes smoothly with no surprises. Her team - and when securing a mortgage there is always a team - is also stellar. Anyone who has ever gotten a mortgage knows that the process is tedious, especially after the bust in 2008. The amount of information required seems ridiculous and as soon as you provided everything, "they" want more. For example, if you pass a statement date, as you will, you have to provide the new info for every source of income or savings. It is just the way it is. Period. Yet for the buyer or refinance, who knows they have exceptional credit, this can prove extremely frustrating. Andrea proactively explains the process, what to expect, the need for patience; she is there with you every step of the way. Always proactively communicating, giving guidance when needed, answering all questions thoroughly. There were times I sought her advice in how to handle issues that arose with the sellers, knowing she has years of experience, and her recommendations were spot on. In addition to her stellar skills, it is an absolute pleasure to work with Andrea. She is polite, professional and extremely responsive. Same is true of her entire support staff - thank you, Michelle! I highly recommend Andrea for all of your home loan needs whether you are purchasing a first home, vacation home or refinancing. I was so impressed that I have already given her contact info to a few friends looking to sell and buy in this hot market. Thanks, Andrea, for taking the stress out of what is always a stressful process! read more

We were referred to Andrea by our realtor for financing our first home. We knew very little about the whole process, and Andrea was very helpful and willing to talk us through all the nuts and bolts. We especially appreciated the work she put into comparing different loan options, putting the comparisons into an easily understandable format, and explaining them thoroughly over the phone. We did our due diligence by checking with another lender just to see if we'd get any better rates, and the other lender told us that Andrea's offer was extremely competitive and we were unlikely to find better. Thanks Andrea! read more

We recently purchased a home this year, April 2023. During our initial search with our realtor, we were connected to a lender, Andrea Clark of PrimeLending. I like the lender, but I have to say that I was very impressed with Andrea, particularly her market knowledge, professionalism, and over all patience with me and my wife as we had some interruptions (birth of our child) while trying to make a home purchase. Andrea kept in touch by phone call and emails which to me was great because I could sense that she actually cares for her clients and really wants to help people make a home purchase. I recommend using Andrea Clark if you are in the market to purchase a home. She is patient, knowledgable, and a professional who really enjoys her job. read more
