We have never been disappointed. In recent years AAA has contracted with Lucky's Towing in the Little Rock area as a service provider. This towing service has greatly exceeded the service of previous service companies contracted by AAA. There are other less expensive motor clubs but, due to the exceptional service that AAA has always provided, we do not give the others serious consideration. My monthly payment toppled $290 with State Farm, and averaged about $275 when I switched to AAA. I had only 2 accidents and one speeding ticket. Most of the quotes that I got while trying to leave AAA were above $300/month. Finally, I went to geico.com to see if I could really save 15% in 15 minutes or less. Guess what? I actually saved about 30% in 5 minutes! My monthly premium is the lowest it's ever been ($149) even with 1 accident and 1 speeding ticket still on my record. Geico also gives me a ton of discounts such as a good student, financially responsible, antilock breaks, continuously insured for over a year and more. I don't think I'll ever leave Geico!

So I get flood insurance via premier insurance advisors. Turns out the policy was unnecessary. I…read morecontact Pryor Robertson about canceling the policy and he tells me "the policy can't be canceled. It can only be flagged to not renew." Turns out that was a lie. So now that I have the policy canceled they tell me the refund would be $179.71 and it would sent out in the next 2 days. That was on Jan 14. By mid February I find that too was a lie no check had been issued. Pryor then gets a check for for $153.79 sent out to me. A month late and $26 short. Pryor tries to tell me they issued a refund for $40 too much. If you go with them know they will likely lie, be slow, and try to steal from you. Not a good look guys. The arkansas insurance division can help to regulate nasty behavior in insurance if they try to get you too. Although I'd stay away!!
