The women in the back were very helpful and kind, the flowers are of good quality. Just had a horrible experience with George. We had a blind that had a broken cord. According to…read moreGeorge, "anything with a cord can be fixed". A day after he picked up the blind, he called to say it couldn't be fixed, because he could not "compress it". George returned the blind damaged in two places. When I told him about it, he told me it was probably old and brittle and that he had to "force it". Why would he have to force a pleated cloth blind, regardless of the age!! When I told him I was disappointed, he made no apology. When I said I would let people know about his poor service, he said to me "Go ahead. What do I care?" Is this how consumers are treated today? George was rude and uncaring and I would NEVER recommend him or his company. An absolutely nasty man.
