We were expected to ease kids into learning through play long before they started kindergarten (starting at 1-2 years old) so they were all well prepared when they started school. Both teachers we've had have been very patient, consistent, and are good at pushing enough for improvement without overdoing it. Good routine and structure, which works very well for my child. My child doesn't warm up to new teachers very well, but every time we've had a sub there's been additional floating teachers to provide assistance in getting my child comfortable for the day's lesson.

While my opinion…read moreabout student cancellation still stands I wanted to review update, due to the level of customer service that was given after our appointments were cancelled. After our (2 appointments) we're cancelled for the 4 attempt to obtain massage services, we did experience some wonderful customer service. The lady working at the check in desk went above and beyond to find a student to come into the school to accommodate our appointments. I want to acknowledge this effort because had she not graciously found a student willing to come into, two appointments would have been canceled. I'm most certain that the student that did show up for at least one of our two appointments (scheduled at the same time) appreciated not missing out on her 90 minutes of needed time to accomplish the required hours needed for certification. Both students did a great job and their skill set made both our 90 minute massage a wonderful experience. A big thank you to the front desk and the student who was willing to show up for us. Both provided us a wonderful much needed massage.
