If living there wasn't bad enough , between never fixing anything and managers changing constantly.... The move out was by far the worst. I had my apartment professionally cleaned and they charged me $393 in cleaning fees. They went as far as to charge me saying my cabinets needed sanded and restained and showed me pictures of 2 finger prints on cabinets. The cabinets were wet when I moved in from staining and I wasn't able to use them for 2 more days after I moved in. Absolutely whatever you do don't move here. If you have no other choice , please do me a favor and do not clean your apartment. They will NEVER give your deposit back and charge you ridiculous fees. I am a very clean person and to say my apartment needed $393 in cleaning fees is ludicrous. Take my advice and stay clear.

We have a puppy, who did some damage to the carpet in the living room. After seeing a bill for over $300 I called to question regarding what I thought was a pet deposit that would cover some of the damages. Was told those fees I paid for the dog covered none of that. Then I was told they tried to patch the spots of damage, but the people they hired said it needed replacing. Instead of just replacing the damaged carpet in the living room, they have replaced all the carpeting in the entire apartment, including the bedroom which had no damage. This is getting billed entirely to us. I would recommend they rethink how they treat people moving out. I would not recommend living here after having to pay over $400 now for replacing all the carpet because of damage in a small area of the living room. It feels predatory, and I feel scammed. Avoid if you don't want surprise fees.
