Not only did help arrive the same day - it was that very morning that Nathan came knocking on the door. Nathan had the expertise to fix the issue with the pilot lights. He explained what he was doing and why they weren't working in the first place. The invoice arrived via email shortly afterwards. I emailed questions related to payment and pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt & polite response. Our family will be relying on Miller's in the future.

Everything went perfect, excellent service person forgot his name but excellent service polite and nice! I knew I needed new HVAC units so now were in March 2026 I called Miller Plumbing and Doug came to my house and he got me an estimate in a couple days very nice person also. The estimate was very reasonable and I gave deposit. In March 2026 all new HVAC units are here and installed 3 days 2 separate units up and running! Special thanks go out to the service techs who installed the units Travis and Corbin because they are the ones that did an excellent installation, the part that reflects on Miller Plumbing & Heating's business. They were courteous, polite, cleaned thoroughly. Travis and Corbin were two gentleman that you can trust in house and I would not hesitate to have them back!! They walked me around units and explained everything when finished. Not enough good to say about the service techs!! Next project is city water hook up and they will be who I call. Also I don't know the owner Dave, but I would also like to thank him for having such a great crew, it has made both jobs done by them stressless. Thank you Dave!

He put in a furnace and clearly had no idea what he was doing. The furnace was to be hung from the ceiling and after a few days it was sagging and we had to pay someone else to come in and fix it. Not to mention the lines he ran to the furnace weren't connected properly or even connected to the vents throughout the house. When he was called, he set up an appointment to come and meet with us but never showed up. We called again and he was rude and very defensive and he gave every excuse as to why he couldn't fix it. Utterly disappointed. Chose this company based on their Yelp…read morereviews. The technician (Duane) arrived to clean our ducts on 10/2025. We had previously taken the time to move everything out of the way to provide complete access to the ductwork and make things easier for the tech. Why are we disappointed? - the dust level in our house is much, much worse than prior to service being preformed - upon checking I saw a large amount of debris in the bottom of our ducting - the technician reinstalled a register grill upside down because the duct tin needed tacked up out of the way and he apparently didn't want to bother taking time to do it correctly. - I had to ask about the condition of our ducts prior to the cleaning before he would show me just a one single before photo. I have to wonder if it was actually a photo of our ducting. - I got a negative vibe from the technician from the outset. His demeanor was less than friendly and he didn't talk much. My impression was that he wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I felt he was a very poor representative of this company. The work was completed quickly and I can't help but feel we received a "rush job". The dust in our house is much worse than ever and this experience was a complete waste of our $725. We feel like we've been ripped off. Per your response to my review above - Yes it's true that it's been a year since the service was performed. I've been meaning to send a review since last winter. However, because I'm a procrastinator and I sincerely don't like to complain doesn't change anything about my honest, but blunt, statements. The unusual frequency and amount of dusting we now have to do after your service (not to mention shelling out your service fee for sub, substandard work) finally drove me to take this step. Furthermore, explain to me why when I happened to be performing some home maintenance a couple of months ago, I found the thick layer of crud laying on the bottom of our ducting ? It shouldn't be there in that volume. Is your equipment inadequate ? As far as the operable grill reinstalled upside down goes, it was GLARINGLY obvious because it had once been painted except for a strip on the bottom behind the carpeting. That, exceedingly noticeable, contrasting strip was reinstalled up, instead of down, where it's hidden by the carpet nap. (I can send you a photo.) I saw how the tin interfered with the reinstallation and I had to mess around and tack it up out of the way. So I believe the technician didn't want to deal with it and put on upside down instead of, at least, notifying me. And I suggest you speak to your technicians about how they represent your establishment. On the whole, our experience points to some sort of problem with your company. Where that problem lies is up for debate. I initially read all the good reviews regarding your company. I expected at least adequate work to be performed. What we got was, at best, unacceptable. You can speak about all the positive things about your company and your personnel, all I know is what we experienced. Instead of denying everything I said perhaps you should consider it objectively and take it for what it's worth.
