Expertise- we all know that the quickest way to know a person's level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions. I can't recall the specific questions that I asked Phillip, but I remember that I was very impressed with his thoroughness and detailed responses while addressing my concerns. His expertise and timely responses makes him very reliable. 2. Timely communication - Phillip works with many clients yet I was amazed by how he was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. It's not just about the deliver on time; it's the accuracy of his responses and the knowledge. 3. Care - this is where I really think Philip went above and beyond. Hopefully my review will help other families in our situation to choose someone that finds their perfect home! We were recently going to relocate to SoCal and found Anderson Real Estate on Yelp. We worked with Philip Merlino and I was just so beyond impressed that I had to share our experience. We were not at all familiar with the area and didn't know what to look for or expect.
