After four weeks, I'm riding my bike again and Dr. Winter answers my questions professionally and accurately. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is that I feel that they could spend a little bit more time with the patient. Staff is very friendly, take care of insurance issues. We had such a great experience with BestMed Urgent Care! We actually ended up visiting **two…read moredifferent BestMed locations**, and I was extremely impressed with how connected and organized everything was. Both locations already had access to my son's records and X-rays, knew exactly what had been going on with him, and we didn't have to start from scratch explaining everything all over again. At our most recent visit, in **less than 4 hours** they evaluated my son, took more detailed X-rays of his elbow, had a radiologist take a closer look, identified a joint effusion and possible fracture, and got him into a splint. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. A special thank you to **Britney and Jennifer**! They were both so sweet with my son and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. After struggling to get clear answers elsewhere, it was such a relief to have a team that took our concerns seriously, communicated with each other, and made sure our son was taken care of. We're extremely grateful for the care my son received and would absolutely recommend BestMed!

I am extremely disappointed with the care my wife received at Best Med after she fell from a semi…read moretruck at work. She could barely put weight on her left leg and specifically complained about tingling and her foot feeling cold, yet after only two X-rays she was told nothing was broken and was sent home to "take it easy." Thankfully, I encouraged her to go to CRMC for a second opinion because something clearly was not right. They performed more xraya and found a fracture under her kneecap that your clinic completely missed. What is most frustrating is that I called to voice my concerns, was given the office manager's number, left a message, and still have not received a call back. This situation could have become even worse if she had continued walking on an untreated fracture. I believe this situation deserves a serious review, and I would appreciate a response regarding how this was missed and why our concerns were dismissed.

It was approx. 45 min drive w/ nice scenery.) Note: Dr. Allen's old office was at Fort Collins Neurology. His former partner, Dr. Curiel, has since retired. When I started seeing Doctor Allen approx. 7 years ago for chronic neuropathic pain and myoclonic seizures, I was being prescribed 6 drugs by other doctors. Thanks to Dr. Allen, I'm now down to half the amount. Also, Dr. A. encouraged me to use acupuncture to help reduce my neuropathic pain. This non-invasive mode of treatment has changed my life. Here's an added bonus: a therapy dog at the office! This wonderful pup brightened my day. If you have an opportunity to meet the office's therapy dog, I guarantee it'll brighten your day, too! Dr. Allen is kind, patient, and thorough, always spending quality 1:1 time to answer my detailed questions. In addition to the above, Dr. Allen's a comedy pro. Laugher is the best medicine. Speaking of medicine, Dr. Allen does not prescribe opiates to his patients. If Dr. Allen determines you'd possibly benefit from pain medicine, you'll likely be referred to a pain medicine specialist. I applaud Dr. Allen's personal code of conduct in regards to this. He's a big supporter of "unconventional" integrative approaches, such as acupuncture (which I mentioned above), massage therapy, supplements, music therapy, and more. I proudly give Dr. Allen a two thumbs up, 5 star, 10 diamond rating.

Typically, I get my hips, lower, mid and upper back and neck adjusted each time I am in, but they also do all the other typical joints, wrists, elbows, knees, shoulders, etc. I've been seeing Dr Bronson in the Fort Collins office (College & Harvard) for probably 5 years or more.
