Thankfully that side was still fine (out of pocket cost $416). Scheduled what I believed to be my yearly mammogram Feb 2026 but they apparentally wanted to bill this as a 3rd FOLLOW UP. This "follow up" however was for both sides and was no different than any other standard mammogram I have ever had except this one costs more than $500 out of pocket. Therefore, this yearly was not covered. So all told a suspicious finding that has now been checked 3 times cost me more than $1500 out of pocket. Lesson learned. Questions the number of endless billable follow ups, especially when they are the exact same as standard mammogram.

I went there for years not realizing that there are other options in the area to get my medical care. I have had experiences with several doctors there for over a period of years. Their medical care should be reported to the National Medical Review Board for minimal and haphazard medical care. You will be seen for exactly 10 minutes. The doctors will be brief in answering your questions, they will become curt and frustrated if you ask more than 5 questions. They do blood work, go over results, omitting info and if your medical issues are too detailed, you will be sent on your way. I have always left feeling ignored and disrespected, Their Endocrinologist on Union Ave is especially guilty of this. They will not allow you to change your PCP either! Out of sheer frustration I changed to another medical group. I am now receiving minimal one-hour visits with their PCP and Specialists all doctors take great care of you. They do not skimp or cut corners in their medical care, and I feel very well taken care of. Charles River Medical needs vast improvement in their care, their attitude, and their medical expertise.

Dr. Repassy ALWAYS takes the time to listen to me so she gets the whole story. This has led to a definitive diagnosis for me, and since getting on the right meds, I feel great! Despite being prescribed the medication, I must point out that Dr. Repassy is not huge on medications. The medication she gave me is a prescription, but it's an all-natural, porcine-based pill, not lab-derived chemicals, so that's all pretty cool. Dr. Repassy loves doing weight counseling, and she's even gotten me more active. She has great ideas for fun ways to lose weight and she really understands how the body works. He is not very snobby or does he think he's very superior to others he's a Doctor Who loves people and he's very knowledgeable. You can trust him with your health. I recently was very sick and I concerns, and the good doctor took very good care of me and said, don't you worry you got me back to full health before you know it. He explains everything to you and he treat you the way he wants to be treated. Also, another thing his staff that works for him is also very awesome. It was nothing short of humiliating if I'm being honest. I had asked for help with 3 medical issues and the women I had seen marked down on my medical chart that I declined help with 2 or 3. I spoke with her in the phone several days later (clearly upset) and let her know I did ask for help with these things and I'd like her to update my chart. She did not. I then emailed my new PCP (her boss) with basically what I'm saying here. I heard nothing for days. These people don't care at all. I'm a brand new patient and they can't be bothered. I had to wait over a week to get a referral for my mother to see a specialist and they are rude and very sharp tone about it. They don't want to do any extra work, asking me for the specialist fax number, which I have no idea. I called numerous times to arrange the referral. Constant delays on their part. Also Natalia would schedule tests and never follow up about results unless you made an appointment because she gets paid for all her appointments. No need to make an appointment, a phone call would be just fine. My parents are in their 80s and difficult to always go onsite. She also prescribed an additional blood pressure medication and never told my mom. Very unorganized. Stay away from this office
