Dr Joey Bynog is back!…read more I called to make an appointment and get prices and the receptionist was friendly and able to explain all prices and made me a same day appointment. I arrived 15 mins early to a nice clean business and was greeted as soon as I walked in and then was checked in and placed in room with my dog. The only reason I took off one star was the wait to see the vet once inside the room. The vet tech came in immediately to meet us and get info and to go over everything I wanted for the annual canine visit. Once the Dr came in, he was great and very patient with my dog who is aggressive at the vet office. He won her over and was able to sit on floor with her and get her blood and exam her and give her all her shots. Check out was easy and fast and the entire staff was very friendly and the prices very reasonable.

I called my usual (former?) vet first, and they couldn't see her until sometime the following week even after I told them her eyes were so infected I was sure she was going to lose at least one. I called Good Hope, and got an appt for an hour later! Dr. Bynog confirmed that her eyes were very bad, but the eyeballs were still intact. (Well, he said he thought so -- the infection was so bad, he couldn't really get either eye open.). The medication he prescribed showed remarkable improvement in just 24 hours. The cost of the visit, tests, food, and medicine was VERY reasonable, and today's follow up had no office charge, just charges for another test and more medicine. The office was quite busy, so we waited a bit, but not too bad. Once we were with the doctor, we did not feel rushed. He listened and answered all our questions patiently. Imo, this is THE place to go in Natchitoches for veterinary services.
