I have been a patient at Baker Chiropractic in Loveland, Ohio for six years. I have referred many…read morepeople here and I've had a great experience UNTIL yesterday. I let the staff know that my father died of COVID-19 two months prior and I was concerned about people wearing masks in the office. They said some people wear masks and some people don't. That was extremely surprising to me considering I can't go into Kroger in the state of Ohio without wearing a mask. So I opted to come in early in the morning so I wouldn't encounter other patients. I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams that the staff would not be wearing masks. Not one person on the staff was wearing a mask. I asked Paul Weisbrot, the chiropractor, if he could please put a mask on when he adjusted me. He had two options, a cotton mask and a tiny plastic shield that covered his mouth. He mentioned something about the cotton mask making his heart race so he opted for the tiny 2 inch plastic shield that barely covered his mouth. He proceeded to ask me where I had been the past couple months and I relayed, once again, that both of my parents had contracted COVID-19 and my father died from it two months ago. He mentioned that yes someone had told him and then proceeded to let me know that lots of people die from the flu. Yes, this truly happened. If your mouth is agape in astonishment that would be a normal reaction. What is not a normal reaction would be to mention that lots of people die from the flu after someone tells you their father died from Covid-19. Mind boggled, I calmly and quietly reiterated that my father did not die of the flu that he died of COVID-19, and if he would've died of the flu I wouldn't have had to watch him die over zoom. Not one word of condolence from him or anyone on staff. I have been going there and giving them not only my patronage, but referrals for the past six years and they couldn't be bothered to put a mask on for 2 minutes to make me feel comfortable nor could they muster a word of condolence for my loss. I would think a normal chiropractor might mention that grieving may have an affect on my body and maybe that's why I was hurting so badly physically. But no, nothing. Not one person on staff tried to make me feel comfortable, or respected. When I checked out Leah at the front desk, who is usually incredibly friendly, was noticeably cold and wouldn't even make eye contact. Rather than trying to make me feel safe comfortable, and cared for they made me feel like a leper. They treated me with absolute disrespect and with zero concern for my comfort, my safety, or my well-being. They flagrantly disregarded the CDC guidelines, and the recommendations from Governor DeWine and the Ohio Health Department. Not one piece of furniture or equipment was moved to insure that patients were a safe distance from one another. Not one person on staff was wearing a mask and these are people that have to come within inches of the people they are treating. At the check out desk there were laughable 8"x10" plastic stand up frames taped to the counter as a shield of some sort, but if you are over 5'6" or so it would do absolutely nothing. There did seem to be 2 containers of pens, one for dirty and one for clean, but considering the general disregard for safety I would seriously doubt that these pens are ever cleaned. I am baffled by the reckless, and disrespectful behavior of the staff at Baker Chiropractic in Loveland. Their treatment of me was hurtful and cruel not to mention completely disrespectful to someone who had just lost a father to this horrific virus that has killed over a million people worldwide in a matter of months. I pray to God none of them have to suffer the loss that I have suffered due to this deadly virus. But I certainly hope that if they do, they encounter people with more compassion and respect than they showed me. I will never go back there again.

I could hardly move my arms, legs without pain all over. It took consistent adjustments and exercises he showed me to do for about 6 months before regaining movements without pain. Constant office seating and computer uses did not help. I would feel much better after a visit which includes a warm massage table with a roller, exercises, massage, occasional electrical stimulation and gentle adjustments. He also sees his patients in Blue Ash twice a week. Dr. Schuler and his staff truly helped me recover. Please budget at least one hour for your visit. Now I visit occasionally to be adjusted especially after a long flight. If you have any aches, I highly recommend Dr. Schuler.

Most are very aggressive and aren't very good at educating you on what is going on biomechanically with in your body. I stumbled upon Dr Homan kind of by accident and when I first visited I literally couldn't stand upright. He took the time to explain what was going on, what we needed to do to correct the problem and set out a treatment plan that not only treated the symptom but the underlying problem. Also, being a licensed pharmacist, it is interesting to hear his story on how he ended up being a chiropractor. He, his wife, and the entire staff are all super friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about their patients. If you need a great chiropractor, I suggest you give him a chance.

This review is specific to the dry needling practitioner, Kyle Danemayer. My experience with him…read morestarted out well enough but ended extremely poorly. He was dishonest about how much the sessions cost (quoted one rate and charged MUCH higher). He lied repeatedly (e.g., told my husband that I had requested a second full package, which was blatantly false). He failed to tell me that a service he rendered was double the cost until he had performed it three times. Check out his review on the Better Business Bureau site; at least one other person had the exact experience that I did. Anyone going to him should proceed with extreme caution and be sure that all costs and services rendered are communicated ahead of time. Do not consent to any treatment without asking how much it costs. He will not voluntarily give you this information. He has legal cover because of a signed consent form, but a patient should be able to trust that charges will not change and that services rendered will not be upcharged. He did give me a partial refund, but it was for a service that I did not agree to that he dishonestly said that I did.

I have spent the past six months with many appointments at Family Tree chiropractic. Dr. Pittman is…read morea believer in natural remedies and supplements. He truly believes that God's design for your body is more natural in state. He is not a doctor who is going to prescribe a medication, unless it is severely needed. He takes a natural perspective to health and aims to get each patient's body back to the way God designed it. With that said, I feel like Dr. Pittman's has helped me, as I was on prescriptions for over 15 years. Unfortunately in the long run, those prescriptions did worse than what I expected and only put a Band-Aid over the real problem. Dr. Pittman's tries to get at the root of the problem. Know that health is a process and results do not happen overnight--many appointments are needed in order to heal. PROS: I love that Dr. Pittman's takes time to really get to know his patients. He has prayed over me for healing and truly seeks to get at the heart of the problem. I like that I am not putting any harmful prescriptions into my body, as those side effects can be detrimental. CONS: because he is so loved, it is very difficult to get an appointment with him! Make sure that you book in advance and get on the waitlist, in case a cancellation occurs. Since it is more of a natural remedy to curing ailments, normal insurances are not accepted there. You will pay everything out of pocket (unless you have Medicare)-- and it quickly adds up! Know that this is an investment for your Health, but it will be expensive, as he does not focus on a 'quick fix'. Grateful for Dr. Pittman's gifts and his very friendly staff!

The pain near my left shoulder blade finally started getting so bad that I succumbed and went to a chiropractor on the advice of my nurse mother, after massage only gave temporary relief. I went to a sports chiropractor for a few months, and nothing changed. I felt like my money was wasted. Because of this, I decided my initial belief of chiropractic therapy was correct: it was bunk. I always passed "Bliss Chiropractic" on Beechmont, and never gave his office a thought. I thought the name of the business "Bliss" was kinda an obvious marketing ploy, and didn't realize it's actually the doctor's name! One day, my ex husband and his wife were talking about this amazing chiropractor they went to, and took the kids to as well. They said some of their issues had been improved as a result. Their chiropractor? Dr. Bliss! Reluctantly, I gave him a try. This was 2010/2011? I'm am so glad I did!! Dr. Bliss did an xray and confirmed that I did, indeed, have a pinched nerve. He also said I had a bulging disc in my lower back (I also had lower back pain, but hadn't told him this.) I began seeing him, at first, 2-3 times a week. I can not stress to you enough how much of a life changer going to Bliss has been. I've had frequent migraines since the age of 12, at least 2 a month and sometimes more. Just about every day of my life since my migraines have started, I have had a headache in some form ALWAYS in the background of my day. I was taking Ibuprofen and Tylenol almost EVERY SINGLE DAY. Since being treated and adjusted by Bliss, this is GONE. For someone whose "normal" was a headache every day, this is an amazing thing. It was life changing. I no longer have headaches everyday. I rarely have headaches at all. I no longer have regular migraines. I may have one once a year, if that. There have been times, during heavy travel or hectic schedule that I haven't been in for an adjustment for a couple of months. I have found, in the 2 or 3 times this has happened, that after about 6 weeks of not being adjusted, my headaches begin to return everyday like before. Oh, and I no longer have trouble with the pain from my pinched nerve. I can tell it's still not 100% gone, with a slight soreness if pushed on. It hasn't bothered me for years, tho. Not like it used to, where it was like lightening bolt shooting through my shoulder. If you have regular headaches, go see him!

I started going here about a month ago, and so far it has been great. I go twice a week, and though I hate going out of my way twice a week.... once I get to the massage part it's worth it. =) If you're just going for an adjustment you'll be in and out in 20 minutes. For those of you who have never been to a chiropractor you lay on a massage table with rollers for ten minutes, and then go back to see either Dr. Matt or Dr. Bob for the adjustment. Both my husband and I see Dr. Matt. He's very pleasant to talk to and just an overall nice person. He even let me borrow a cd to check out. The massage part is my favorite. They can either schedule a half hour or an hour massage. So far I've only done the half hour massages, which in reality are about 20 minutes because it takes 5 minutes before and after for you to get ready. It's always very relaxing. Also everyone that works there, including the receptionist is very nice. They get you in and out, and there is very minimal waiting time (2 minutes tops) if any waiting at all. The only con I can think of is the location. It's on Dixie Highway sharing the same parking lot with a liquor store. There's not much parking in the front, but there's a ton of spaces around the side and back. This doesn't take anything away from their services though so I'm still going to give them a five. I highly recommend this place.
