I agree with the previous reviewer that Jeff Marcus deserves more feedback on Yelp, although I'm…read morenot sure how many couples come here to supplement their Knot and Wedding Wire searches. I was a DJ for just over 20 years, so the music at our wedding was my top priority. We interviewed two companies prior to calling Jeff. One of them was the best known here in Phoenix, and I was certainly impressed by their presentation and ratings. However, part of their sales pitch was centered on how they train all of their DJ's to do and say the same things, and follow a tried-and-true script throughout the night. It felt very cookie-cutter, and it made my wife think immediately about all of the usual wedding DJ stereotypes. I called Jeff about a year before our wedding day, and we talked on the phone for almost an hour. Immediately after we hung up, I called my fiancée (now wife) and told her that I had found our DJ. I never once regretted that decision. Jeff's planning tools are user-friendly and comprehensive. His attention to detail is outstanding. Even though Jeff is one of the busiest DJ's in Phoenix, I never EVER felt like our event was anything other than the most important thing he was working on. The wedding itself was PERFECT! We were married at the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale on December 1st, 2018. I honestly wouldn't have changed a single thing Jeff did, said, or played all night. Our 150-person crowd was 33% 20-30 year olds, 17% 30-40, 13% 40-50, and 37% 50+. To my knowledge, Jeff kept every single one of them happy!! From classic rock to current hip-hop and Top-40, he kept the dance floor full all night. My wife's family is Jewish, even though she doesn't practice the faith. Jeff played the Hora, and it was one of the highlights of the night. I think the non-Jews enjoyed it even more than our Jewish family and friends. Jeff also did a monogram for us, which was projected onto the wall at the front of the room. Our wedding theme was "The Best is Yet to Come." Pay the extra money for the monogram!!!!! I could go on all day, so I'll stop here. In closing, I'll just say that I HIGHLY recommend talking to Jeff Marcus about providing the entertainment at your wedding.

We were able to have several meetings with him beforehand to go over the time line, song selections, etc. which made our wedding day less stressful. We also added his Photo Booth and phone guest book which were a huge hit at our event and I am so glad to have the extra memories from our wedding. They set up a booth in the corner where guests would go in two, three, four (maybe more) at a time and pose for pictures. They have a bunch of fun props like wigs, hats, glasses, etc. Within seconds, the attendants would print copies of the photos for people. Guests seemed to love it - there was a line for most of the time they were there, and it as really fun for us to go through all the photos afterwards (they gave us all the photos digitally... getting prints would've been great, but maybe that would've been cost-prohibitive for them). Though they came down in price, it was still a little more expensive than I wanted to spend at the time. However, using Vintage Photobooth Rentals was certainly the right choice for us and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a way to add some extra fun to their wedding reception or other event.

I have rented from Karaoke Now on several other occasions for work and had been very happy with the quality of equipment. This particular event was no exception... IT WAS A BLAST!! A few of my guests were a little disappointed that the song list didn't include a few karaoke favs like "I'm too sexy" and "I've got you babe"... but like any good group of drunks they butchered other popular tunes instead!! The only negative thing I have to say is, current economy considered, the price was a little steep at $162.00. And if you really do your homework after a few rentals you could purchase the equipment yourself and rent the crap ton of discs!! At any rate... if your looking for a good time mix one part karaoke with an unlimited number of cocktails and you have a party my friends!! Call Karaoke Now!!
