We know we can reach out and get our questions answered about the real estate market even if we aren't going to be buying or selling at that moment. There's never any sales pressure with her. When we sold our condo in downtown Tacoma to get a single family home in Central Tacoma, Marguerite advised us as we prepared. Then, when the time was right, she connected us with an amazing local agent. Eventually we bought the house next door directly from our neighbor. Even though there was no commission in it for her, Marguerite was always happy to make recommendations, advocate for us, and provide vendor recommendations for inspections and repairs. The service Marguerite provides is really unique. We love her realness and honesty as well as her real estate expertise, and we know she will always give us great service and advice. We highly, highly recommend her!

I don't even know where to begin writing this review. Anne is beyond amazing. She is truly an…read moreexceptional realtor. We sought out to find a realtor to list our first home for sale. My husband was being relocated, so technically we were supposed to use one of the company's appointed real estate agents, but I stumbled upon Anne's website through a mutual friend who had used her to sell their home in Tacoma and I immediately liked her online persona. I then found out from my neighbors that Anne had sold the house next door to us, as well as the one directly behind us (in about a week!). I knew immediately that we needed to hire Anne. So we jumped through a few hoops with our relocation company to allow us to use a different realtor. Now that our house has officially sold, I can say that this was truly the best decision we could have made. In fact the realtors that our company had selected for us had told us they were going to list our home for roughly 50-75K less than what Anne suggested listing it at. Now that it has closed, had we gone with the other realtors we would have left at least 50K on the table. That is a lot of extra money we made thanks in large part to Anne! She is so knowledgeable about the University Place market, she knew things about our house and location that even we didn't know. She went above and beyond our wildest expectations as a realtor. She answered our questions (many many questions!!) via text and email almost immediately... and this is over the course of three months from listing to final close! After we had already moved she went to our house before showings to turn on lights, heat it up and be there to greet the other real estate agents. She was even on hand to schedule our movers when the time came for us to finally move into our new home in Texas. I haven't even touched on the beautiful youtube video she made for our house which generated close to 2,000 views!! The online marketing she did to target specific buyers that would be a good fit for our house, as well as her in person demeanor. She is truly a remarkable person and realtor. My only complaint is that she doesn't live in Texas and therefore isn't able to help us buy our next house! THANK YOU ANNE! You set the bar really high! :)

I would highly recommend Anne to anyone buying or selling in the Tacoma area.

Fast forward to the third week of February 2025, everything aligned in my world and I contacted Amanda to do what she told me she would do the first time she stood in my kitchen three years ago, "if you give me the opportunity, I will sell your house." Late February, She walked in dressed in a sheek Amanda Shepherd outfit, oooo'd at the updates that I had made in the house, took notes, and once again looked me dead in my eyes and said, "if you trust me, I will get you the results you want and I will sell your house." I felt it in my soul! Within 48hrs Amanda had put together a checklist of finishing touches and a plan of action to sell my house. This realtor gem of the PNW had an over asking offer in hand in the first 24hours of being on market and went under contract on day five, and we closed in less than 30days. What a dream come true and what a complete blessing and alignment of all things good in the world! It only took 3years, 3 realtors, and the 3rd time of listing to have this be the "3rd times a charm". If you have the opportunity to have Amanda Shepherd as your realtor, I couldn't recommend her more! She went above and beyond in LITERALLY every step of the process including buttoning up loose ends. There aren't enough good things I can say about Amanda, but if you're looking for results and looking for a boss babe realtor that will spare no expense and go above and beyond what you could ever imagine, this is your girl!
