Don't come here for eyelash extensions. I have been getting lash extensions for over 2 years now and I know the standards. It is usually relaxing, thorough, and you come out with a beautiful result. At Andabella, the whole process is painful - scotch tape is used to tape your bottom eyelids. Your lashes are not isolated, meaning there's so many extensions stuck to one natural eyelash. They are so heavy on the eyes. I've been twice and both times, when I opened my eyes lashes had been glued to my bottom lashes, gluing my eyes shut, and my eyes burned to the point of tears streaming down my face. Apart from the lashes being painful and ugly, the salon is dirty, unprofessional and unorganized. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!! I came here because of the cheap prices, and was skeptical, i should've trusted my gut. Full set of 3D volume for $58? No way. When I left I was like oh okay, they're cute or whatever for the price, when I looked closer I saw a ton of my real lashes over the false ones, like a ton. The fake lashes were all clumped together, as if she was adding it to 4-5 of my real lashes.. the next day the pain started, my eyes started to feel extremely sore, could not even blink properly, my head started to hurt non stop. I would never go back there. Took her 40 mins, which is IMPOSSIBLE for a full set. Don't waste your money here girls, you get what you pay for. It's not worth an infection, or losing all your real lashes. A real scam this place. Someone needs to have it SHUT DOWN! read more

DON'T GO THERE! First their service is not professional : nobody to welcome you when you come in. It was my first time (and last) and I was searching the room. When I came, a client was leaving and I didn't see the girl disinfect the work space ( before and after me) and she did my eyelashes extensions in 30 mins ( which is not normal ) When she was done, I was still in the room and she rush me so the next client can lay down (without cleaning anything). I was telling her that it was painful and she told me that I can remove them if I want at home, what!!!! My lashes started to go off few days after and I started realize that she put bouquets of 9 lashes on 4-5 on mines. I wanted to remove them (normaly it is possible with some oil) but there was no way to remove them, all my natural lashes started ripped out and it left my eyes swollen. HORRIBLE read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! If you have, go see a real professional lash tech and have them removed. I went here because my girl was busy, everything is a red flag. Everything. Something that takes 2hrs or more took her 15 mins. She glues all of your natural lashes together in clumps and does a ghetto ass job. Your lashes will fall out from the stress and tension of not isolating each lash. They looked f***ing crazy first of all, and never have they ever hurt or felt irritated. I never "felt" my lashes before because my usual girl is amazing and careful and attentive to detail. This one is not. I'm a hairstylist, I know the mentality, and she isn't passionate about this, she wants ppl in and out and to make money. On top of it she kept texting me if I could come earlier that day, it was annoying. I could only come after a certain time. Hence why we schedule an appointment. On Instagram they may "look nice" but they are POORLY applied. There's no way she's certified properly, or cares about your beautiful natural eyelashes and their health. I tried everything to take them off when I got home, steam, olive oil, coconut oil, water, nothing would work. The glue looks ridiculous and clumpy like cheap stuff from China. So to recap ; -uses scotch tape on your eyes -place is dirty and she doesn't wash her hands or ask you to sanitize yours (covid) -takes 15 mins when a proper application is 2+ hrs -when she applies the lashes on top of yours with way too much glue and a cluster of cheap strippery lashes, she then separates them with forceps, super rough and wrong for a delicate area -gets glue in your eyes and they burn when you open them - you'll see you look like a crazy muppet with drag style lashes PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Short story: This business is a scam. Stay away! Long story: I went there for eyelash extensions that I've purchased on groupon. They had stellar reviews on groupon (which I now think were written by bots because there's really no other explanation). I mentioned explicitly on the phone that this is for groupon and gave them my voucher. I showed up on time, but had to wait around 20 minutes to get served. Mind you, they were not busy with a client, they were just chatting among themselves. Okaay. During that waiting period, I noticed how dirty their floor looked and how generally unprofessional the whole enterprise appeared. I should've left then and there, but too bad I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Mistake. I've done my eyelashes before and know how the procedure should go. This wasn't it. During the service, she put regular tape on my bottom eyelashes, and it was painful throughout. In my previous eyelash extensions, I was so comfortable, I fell asleep! She was also chitchatting the whole time she was working on me, and took several breaks for no apparent reason. Nice. By the end of it, my eyelashes looked very cheap and ugly. Afterwards, she asked me to pay, and I mentioned groupon, and she said no, these are not for groupon, and she basically charged me the same amount that I paid for the groupon. Rigght. Keep in mind that I've used groupon many times before this, and once you give your voucher on the phone, the business knows that you're the groupon customer, so there's really no excuse here for them "getting confused". I paid. Anyways ... several friends pointed out to me that my eyelashes look weird and cheap, and not at all like they usually do when I get them done. Normally, I get compliments when I get my eyelashes done. These looked like I had tiny spiders coming out of my eyelids. Cut to a few weeks later-my natural eyelashes are suffering. Eyelash extensions should not affect your natural lashes if done correctly. This was a hack job, so naturally, I ended up spending far more than $40 on the aftercare of my natural lashes. Please learn from my mistakes. If you want your lashes done properly (and not want to get scammed for your troubles), go to a professional lash salon--not some random "beauty" salon. I went there with one friend as we heard she's fast and has a good promo. It was the worst decision. The place is not clean not organized. She finished my lashes with not more than 20-25 mins. I hated the look and it was so heavy. A week late i felt that the lashes irritated. When i took one of because it was so uncomfortable, it was lottsssss of glue and many eyelashes on one natural lash. I lost a lot of my natural eyelashes even tho i have good healthy eyelashes. I got my lashes done because one of my friends got them here and I loved the look. I love long dramatic lashes so much and she gave me exactly that and she was so sweet to me I had a great experience . I have been getting my lashes done for almost 3 years and had full long healthy lashes . Once I left I realized my eyelids were a little irritated , but they were fuller as longer than I'm used to so I thought it was normal. They lasted so long but I realized a while after that my natural lashes were hurting ... like a lot ... So I went to a different lash tech for a refill and she was shocked at the stage of my natural lashes and actually gave me a discount on my refil because she felt bad at how damaged my lashes were and she didn't even want to put anything on them because they were that bad . When I sent Andabella a picture of my lashes and said how damaged they were she was very angry with me and proceeded to tell me she knows how to do her job and she's been doing lashes for a couple years and never gets complaints . Clearly this isn't the case . There was no isolation with any of my lashes and they were very close to my eyelid which is not good for extensions . I know many other people who had the same issues as me . I loved the look of them but the after math disappointed me a lot which sucked :/ . If there was improvement on the technique used to keep my lashes from getting so damaged and sparse I would 100% go back because the look was flawless and exactly what I wanted and I haven't found anyone that did as good of a job presentation wise until her . But the quality upset me a lot . I feel like it is different for everyone because everyone's lashes react different , but please if you notice your lashes are irritated at any point get them taken off to prevent your lashes from getting damaged .
