After repeated calls to my cell phone during work hours, I finally had an opportunity to answer and the caller wasn't very pleasant when I told her that I'd have to call her back at a time when I could talk. When I did return the call, another woman answered the phone and asked if she could help me. I explained that I didn't know exactly why Kristin called because she didn't leave a message. She didn't actually listen when I gave my name and kept calling me by a different name. I asked to hold. After just 2 minutes the same woman returned to the line with the same question, still calling me by a different name. We temporarily used one of her "caregivers" and had to call the police to have her removed after it was found that she was drinking and stealing. Find another agency, stay away from this one.
