The plans included caissons, structural beams and slab, with void-forms to address problems with expansive soils. Despite coming in a bit behind schedule, the Prostruct plans were in such good shape that there were no go-backs or comments from the Building Dept so that the permit issued quickly and work started back on schedule. I called ten companies for quotes on performing a Land Survey Plat (LSP) due to a property dispute…read more I spoke to Mark Gabert over the phone. He was very kind and patient. He explained the full process of what to expect from beginning to end, as well as which survey would be needed for court. I was not aware but the survey is filed with the city and it is valid for life. You can have improvement surveys completed, but the LSP will definitively mark the property boundaries and a formal marker is placed. He was very clear about their calendar availability and upfront about their cost. They were my top choice, but due to timing, we went with a different company because they could start sooner. Due to the nature of the dispute, police involvement and a new fence pending - time was the #1 factor for our decision
