I have been in this program for three years now which has had a transformative result on my life through courage and honesty. Freedom is the Love, acceptance and grace of God's people. This is where the real spiritual work happens with the love and support of others who are ready to belong, believe and become. Don't quit before the miracle happens.....

I am especially concern that I never see anyone from the body of Christ (the Church) involved in solving this issue. All I see day after day is apathy and non-involvement and think why doesn't the Church use this opportunity to step out in faith and share their Christianity by showing God's Love and Word in action. Faith without works is Dead! Why isn't the Church doing it job and ministering Jesus to these people and helping them out of their social dilemma. How is God receiving any honor or glory from this? There is much more I could say but I think you get the point. Where are God's People! Thank you for letting me express my thoughts and feelings. May God bless and fill every believer in Christ with passion and compassion in Holy Spirit boldness, power, and action!

Having a strong, happy family is our highest priority, but raising children and having a strong marriage in today's world can almost seem impossible at times with the evils that are all around us. The youth and youth program at this church have provided our children not only the social stability they need, but they are good kids with strong morales (tough to find these days) and I never have to worry what my kids are doing when they are with the kids from the church. Not only does this Church teach of Jesus Christ, but the members are so committed to following Him in their daily lives. My wife and I learn so much and love the people we've met at the Churchl. The Bishop cares and all members of the congregation participate in some way on Sundays. We love this Church and highly recommend it for families who want their kids to excel in School and to learn old fashioned Christian values.

It feels a little strange reviewing a church, but someone had to speak up…read more.. This isn't a Catholic Church, it's a conversation pit. I'd never been to this parish before but went for a Saturday night vigil because of a schedule conflict, and what I witnessed was appalling, yet had all the appearance of common practice here. I walked in fifteen minutes before the start of Mass and was first shocked, then outraged, at multiple, loud, sustained conversations taking place at once throughout the congregation. It felt like I was sitting in the bleachers at a baseball game, or in a restaurant bar waiting for a table. Do these people not understand where they are? That they have a responsibility to show some self-discipline and a measure of reverence and respect for a consecrated church while they're inside it? That basic consideration for others, at the very least, might suggest that they not hobnob casually about the events of their mornings at the top of their lungs while those others are trying to, oh, maybe collect their thoughts in prayer? That maybe they should be doing the same? They quieted down (a little,) for the actual service, but the talking would periodically start anew, to the point that it was frequently difficult even to hear the priest. Later the full conversations resumed in earnest, and at volume, during what is supposed to be the period of post-communion silence. Another jarring bit of gross disrespectfulness was a guy a few pews in front of me who was wearing a hoodie jacket emblazoned with a huge, menacing skull and the phrase "The Few, The Proud, The Insane." I and everybody else behind him had to stare at this thing for the whole service. Here's a family man (his wife and kids were standing there with him,) and he doesn't have the sense of decency to wear something more respectful of the church he's in than that thing? What kind of example is he setting for his youngsters? What kind of example of respectful dress, or even basic consideration for others, is he showing to everyone else? As above, since I haven't been here before I have no idea if it was always this way, but right now this parish is a disgrace. There is just zero respect for the sanctity of the church here. None. One wonders why these people even bother to pull themselves out of their living rooms or off of their front porches, when they know that pesky Mass is going get in the way of their conversations so often. It's like entering a street market that just happens to have a priest up front making inaudible sounds amid the hubbub.
