He helped me to weigh up the pros and cons of a few different models, letting me know what sort of modifications Bike Ride could make to the different models, and showing endless patience as I hummed and hahhed. He didn't even bat an eyelid when I said I needed to sleep on it before making a final decision. Part of my sleeping on it involved googling online prices of the bikes in question, and I was pretty delighted to see that Bike Ride's prices were absolutely reasonable. Also, there was the fact that it only took them three business days to get the bike into store once I'd made my decision. And they put it together for me. And they attached the basket that Mark threw in for me. AND they even helped me out with a helmet, and helped me pick a colour for my bike chain. It keeps going. They're going to give me my first bike service for free, too. I'm happy to report that I'm absolutely over the moon with my new bike, and I'm totally stoked with the awesome service that I received from Mark and the guys at Bike Ride.
