They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. The manager, Dana, gets full credit for her hard work in keeping our oasis maintained so well, and addressing her tenant's concerns or questions immediately. Dana's professionalism is greatly appreciated, and her kindness to her tenants is unmatched. I witnessed Dana visiting an elderly tenant, who was in the hospital, to show the lady some loving support. My home in this Park gives me privacy, parking, and my own private, tree filled backyard.
