We had done our homework, knew what our trade was worth and were satisfied with the asking price of the vehicle. I went back with said checkbook and sat with John. He lowballed my trade in and had zero interest in moving either the price of the car or the trade in. ZERO. He undercut my trade in by $1500 and when I asked if he wanted to hear my counter offer he said it didn't matter, he wasn't moving. $1500 is not a large gap but his complete dis interest and unwillingness to hear an offer had me packing up my stuff and leaving. If you're serious about buying a car you won't find a less serious place to have your time wasted. I immediately drove to Audi Westwood and bought a better one because they actually wanted to sell me something. It was nice to feel like a customer and not an annoyance to an entitled salesman. I spent way more money in Westwood and was happy to do it. Big mistake.... BIG.

I've always wanted a MINI, just for the simple fact that I think they're absolutely ADORABLE! I decided to make an appointment to test drive the 2025 Countryman. It's gorgeous in person & it's completely remodeled from the previous years. Updated touch screen, panoramic moon roof, heads up display, wireless charging, heated front seats, parking assist, heated steering, & remote start all included in the base model! I test drove the melting silver III metallic with Vescin Vintage Brown interior (favored style) & the iconic package. With the new remodeling, the car is much bigger now and comparable to the BMW X1. More overhead space & back seat can comfortable fit passengers. My favorite part about this car during the test drive was the GO KART MODE! It's basically their sport mode & man did it feel nice! Also, if you're a current/former BMW owner, ask about loyalty credits! Up to $1000 loyalty credit can be used towards a MINI or BMW. If car is totaled, I believe as long as it has been less than a year, you can still get loyalty credit. Although I did not end up getting the Countryman, our salesman was very nice & not pushy at all, which I was very appreciative of!

Bought a used certified hybrid vehicle. Took day off to get a ride to dealer to pick up car, gave 4…read moredays notice. Upon pickup no inspection sticker, no charge on battery 1/4 tank of gas. Salesman could not set up telematics system. Then said software update was needed. When pressed admitted something was wrong with vehicle. I asked how something could be broken if it had an inspection for certification and he's had 4 days to get car ready. No response. This turned into a loaner car because the vehicle that is certified needed repairs to parts relating to start button. Called sales manager who basically said "well things happen, anything can break." I simply asked that upon next pickup everything be taken care of. I was assured "everything would be right." That night 230am salesman called me apparently for fun. Pick up on a beautiful Saturday and big shock car not charged. Had to ask sales manager for someone to assist setting up car as last salesman could not. Sales manager offered nothing for trouble, not so much as a free oil change. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Once they have your money, you are dead to them. Go somewhere else.

Relatively easy to schedule appts here for service & customer service is always great from all the times that I have brought the car here. Note: if you are a current BMW owner or if it has been totaled (within a year of totaling), you can get loyalty credit towards another BMW vehicle, or can get for a Mini Cooper! I learned about this when I was looking into getting a Mini Cooper a few months back.

When she went to pick up the car, they told us it was $225. She asked why it was suddenly 50%+ more and they said "your car was really dirty". She said yeah you're probably right I have two dogs but if you're going to increase someone's price by over 50%, that's worthy of a conversation. She agreed to pay them 200 but not a penny more. They were Jerks.

I told them the blinker issue was more than just simply adjusting the wiring, as other car mechanics had tried to fix them by maneuvering the wiring. They had my car for an entire day just to have me pick it up and not only did they not fix one blinker, when I informed them that they did not fix the blinker, they told me that it would only take five minutes to fix it. Hence, they did exactly what I told them not to do. They had my car an entire day and charged me $189 to do what other car mechanics were doing for free. They then told me the entire car would have to be rewired for $2000, when I bought the car for $5000. I would never go back to this Nissan
