Abysmal place. Horrible bed side manor and very rude staff. They are just out for money. Avoid.

When I was young, I had annual myringotomies and more recently tympanoplasties. Dr. Chandrasekhar performed one and more recently inserted a Bone Anchored Hearing Aid (BAHA). She is not only highly professional, active as a researcher in her field, up-to-date on all the latest advances and break-through, and an excellent doctor, but she treats her patients as human beings. She never makes me feel rushed and takes all the necessary time to answer all my questions, explain all the pros and cons of a procedure, and does all this with warm good humor. Dr. Chandrasekhar is a very unique and special doctor. I recommend her unreservedly to anyone!

I didn't even care about the long wait, until I met her. She was rude, she screamed at her assistant right outside of my room. She made me change rooms 3 times and when she finally asked me why I was there she cut me off to let me know she wasn't an ENT and to only share ear issues. I didn't even finish telling her what was wrong when she cut me off again and diagnosed me with something I am sure I don't have. She also told me she can't help me and to go see my dentist instead. I walked out of the office so mad because I wasted my time and money to have such a nasty experience.

He sent the drug prescription directly to the hospital's pharmacy via computer instead of giving a hard copy of drug prescription. Unfortunately when I went to the hospital's pharmacy, the drug was out of stock. So I was trying to reach Dr. Weber during a weekend but no success. I called the hospital and explained my situation. The on-duty doctor couldn't reach Dr. Weber either. So ended up I have to suffer my spinning for at least 2 days. Finally on Monday, he sent the drug prescription to my preferred pharmacy but without any notification until I called the pharmacy to confirm. 2) My audiologist informed Dr. Weber about my facial nerve stimulation situation after the cochlear implant surgery which she couldn't skip some electrodes and active the sound processor. So I went for an x-ray. I sent emails to Dr. Weber to ask about the result of the x-ray and he advised that the radiologist is on leave and needed to confirm few issues with him after his return. He promised he will get back to me. However I waited and waited, sent him emails, made phone calls and showed up in person. Then he apologized to me and said he didn't receive my emails and somehow found them in his junk emails. He advised that the cochlear implant is in the right position and everything is fine but that's not true. I went for a second opinion from another ENT and was informed that the internal components of electrode arrays were too long and it touched my facial nerves. 3) Because of Dr. Weber's careless mistake on the cochlear implant surgery, I have to go thru another unexpected surgery to solve the facial nerve stimulation.

During my examination with Dr. Natasha Keenan, there were several instances of physical contact that made me uncomfortable. While examining my ears and throat, she repeatedly rubbed my arm and forearm in a way that did not appear related to the examination. As a patient, I did not feel that contact was medically necessary, and it crossed a personal boundary for me. I chose not to address it during the examination because I had just been asked to sign a patient code of conduct and wanted to avoid any misunderstanding or escalation. Instead, I calmly reported my concerns to the office manager immediately afterward. I also experienced administrative issues, including my name being misspelled on my discharge paperwork despite providing identification and my insurance card with the correct spelling. Initially, I was told the error came from my insurance, but that was incorrect. The office manager reviewed the issue, acknowledged my concerns, corrected the documentation where possible, and later followed up with me. I appreciate her professionalism and responsiveness. My hope is that this practice continues to improve patient communication, attention to detail, respect for personal boundaries, and overall professionalism. Patients should feel comfortable during their medical visits and confident that their concerns will be taken seriously.
