Her approach to therapy is just what an INFJ like me has been looking for for years. She's been helping me do the hard inner work that I've needed to do, and wanted to do, but not had someone really equipped to be able to help me until I found Body Talks Therapy. She has helped me to uncover important inner truths that I have needed to stand on, and false narratives that I need to acknowledge and reject. Meeting with her has been a deeply healing and transformative experience in the couple months that she has been doing therapy with me. Also, she does appointments either in office, or via video chat, which works great for me because I'm over an hour from her office. She doesn't take insurance, but I've been able to get reimbursed for my sessions from our HSA, so that's helpful. Highly recommend!
