Lisa and her staff performed a preformed a vaganosis (I believe that's what it's called) on me to determine if I had cancer or not after abnormal pap. Well, after she did whatever she did I immediately felt burning and it was intense! I bleed for 6 weeks and never once heard back from her staff until a $600 bill showed up after I was told beforehand the procedure was covered with my ins. I'm NEVER going back there again! Lisa is so rude and does not like to answer questions. her staff does not return phone calls. They have had me take off of work for a 3:30 pm appt and not even taken me back until 5:30pm and then tell me she had to leave for surgery. I have missed work and pay because of this office for unnecessary reason and I will never recommend her to my worst enemy!!

She is very honest and upfront. She won't sugarcoat or fluff things or tell you just what you want to hear, which is what people should want in a physician. When I got pregnant, she was instantly helpful in guiding me on how to prepare. My husband didn't think she was "fluffy" enough -- but I felt comfortable, safe and knew that she would take care of me. During my delivery, she was spectacular. She took charge instantly and everyone in the room respected her and I felt at ease throughout the entire process. Scheduling is usually not an issue, but be forewarned, she doesn't overbook. I can honestly say, during my appointment times, I've only seen, at the most 2 other ladies than myself. This is great because this means she's taking the appropriate amount of time to see her patients. The staff is very friendly & have the same disposition as Dr Linhuber. Nice two story building, be mindful, her Dr Dentist husband occupies the bottom floor. So take the elevator to the second floor for your visit with Dr GYN Doc Linhuber. Off street parking is limited & parking on the busy West End Street might not be the safest or best thing... but a visit here is worth the hassle of parking.

Throughout these years, he has performed more than six different procedures for me, ranging from routine care to more complex treatments. Every single time, he has demonstrated not only outstanding medical knowledge and surgical skill, but also compassion, patience, and genuine concern for my wellbeing. As a woman and as a patient, I can honestly say that the care I have received from Dr. Alexander has been one of the best things that has ever happened to me when it comes to my health. He has always taken the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make me feel safe and confident before and after every procedure. I have never felt rushed, dismissed, or unheard under his care. One of the Doctor's left a foreign object where it should not have been left after a routine…read moredelivery. Needless to say I needed to go to the Emergency Room a few days after from severe pain. ER doctor removed the foreign matter. Followed up with my doctor who dismissed the entire incident as common. Asked the Doctor if they would pay my Co-Pay for my ER visit, which was $100 for the inconvenience and was told NO. Needless to say, I found a new Doctor. Absolutely do NOT recommend this practice!
