I did extensive research before choosing this practice. I am always treated with a friendly staff and a caring doctor. She listens to me and treats me with respect and answers my questions. I brought in my 82 year old aunt (who had numerous issues) to get her on hormones. Dr. Kenner treated her so kindly and I can say her physical well being has improved since starting hormone treatment. They sent me a text, asking to call when I got there because they weren't allowing patients in the waiting room. Great! I called when I got there & during the time I was waiting in my car, I saw at least 3 women park, get out of the car, & go in without a call. When we got inside, my appointment was rushed. I didn't have enough time to even finish two pages of paperwork before I was being called back. The Dr I saw, Dr Kenner, was very dismissive of any questions or concerns I had. Honestly she was very insulting when she refused to answer some of my questions & then told me she could "just tell I was one of THOSE people" (this is my first pregnancy. The question I asked was about a combined spinal block & epidural - she refused to answer. I then picked up a magazine in her office which explained to me what it was. My husband also made a comment about something on a poster in her office - which she said wasn't true information.... The ultrasound was very fast & I had no time to ask questions. Do not come here if you would like a holistic birth because I was informed I'd be confided to my back only, not allowed to eat, in the bed. Do any amount of research & you will see why this is a red flag. I came back for one more visit ONLY because it was already previously scheduled & I wanted to see the baby & get the blood work done. (She gave me no choice in the blood work, by the way) The ultrasound tech was much nicer than Dr Kenner, however she informed us of gender before 13 weeks, which is illegal in some places to tell gender that soon because it is far too early. I ended up getting a second opinion on the ultrasound & what she told us was a penis was not in fact a penis. I could go on & on about this place.... just avoid it.

In the past when I needed to see the doctor immediately they have even made time for me when they were booked solid. I originally began going to this office for routine checkups but I fell ill soon after and have been seeing Dr. Briglevich for several months now to treat said illness. This illness has been taxing on me but the staff here has made things so much easier on me. I have never had a doctor who took so much time to ensure that I understood my ailments, my options for treating them and helped to make sure any tests that were needed were done at locations that took my insurance so that I wasn't required to pay enormous out of pocket bills. I was even able to inquire as to foods I should be eating and over the counter vitamins and supplements that could help me in the recovery. I LOVE having Dr. Rose Briglevich as my Primary Care Physician and her staff there for me when I need someone I trust to help me when I am ill. (Candice you are AMAZING as well :) ) I cannot recommend a better office for you and your families! He had referred me to a Piedmont Head and Neck surgeon. When my wife and I got there the Surgeon's staff had n referral on file nor any of my information. Given that my Primary Care Doctor, Cardiologist as well as my Urologist are all Piedmont doctors, I found it very curious that they had no information about why I was there, Needless to say, we left. I let Piedmont Cancer know about the snafu and they referred me to Piedmont ENT on Peachtree. Again, we got there and meet with a doctor who , again, had no idea why I was there. It was to have a surgical biopsy on my right lymphnoid. After the exam, he had referred my to Emory Winship Cancer Institute. Given all my doctors were Piedmont doctors, my experience with Piedmont Cancer Institute was extremely disappointing. To top it off, where they charge me $50.00 for a smoking eval, where they had asked the following questions: how long have I smoke and how may packs a day. Some eval!!! It may be convenient location but not worth the aggravation and time lost.
