He came over that afternoon and helped make a temporary 'catchment' to catch and direct the leakage to a floor drain. That was Friday On Saturday, he called to tell us that he had found a replacement cistern, 'though it was larger than the existing one. We agreed to use it. Monday, Fred and his crew arrived to remove the existing cistern and replace with the new one. the estimate was that that would be done by Monday evening and they would return Tuesday to do the plumbing interface, Getting the old tank out and the new in was an exercise in adaptive geometry! They succeeded, and by Monday evening had completely restored the system to use! I can recommend WW+ without reservation if you need Well/cistern/delivery system help. When I arrived they altered their hours on the door to 4:45 pm to 5:45 pm. I called their Corporate office and the lady I spoke to stated they were unaware they had changed their hours and that they would notify management. I went back at 4:35 pm and was parked waiting until 4:45 pm. This SUV drives up and two women get off with their packages and walk right in like they knew it was open. I did inform the man helping them after he was done that this was my first experience visiting their location and if I could give them zero stars I would for the worst customer service.
