First and last time taking this train. Trains are late most all the time. Better to fly.

Thank you to you and your staff for providing such a great experience during a very stressful time…read more I want you to know how grateful I am that you waited for my client's flight and did not cancel the reservation. We previously had an airport transfer booked that was canceled mid-flight due to scheduling changes, and we unfortunately lost the full payment. It was an incredibly frustrating situation. When I called to book this reservation with you, I was feeling desperate and honestly felt like I had let my client down. However, you answered my call, were attentive to my needs, and handled everything with diligence and professionalism. You got the job done with no hesitation, and that meant more than you know. As a travel agent, it is extremely important to have reliable partners. I can confidently say that you are an airport transfer service I will recommend to my colleagues and continue to use myself without worry. Thank you again for your excellent service and support. Going from Melbourne Florida to Orlando can be difficult on occasion and getting flights directly…read moreinto Melbourne is always a challenge. This last trip rather than trying to juggle everyone's schedule I looked into Executive Livery to go to the Orlando Airport. That was a great decision that I highly recommend. When I went on the site I was a bit surprised that I needed to enter my contact info and I believe it was a Sunday. But I received a call back within 15 minutes at the most! The whole process was an absolute breeze. I spoke with Jeffrey Kabool, the owner, who discussed itinerary and needs with me. Everything was set up that day for a very reasonable price. I was informed who my driver would be the day before my trip and when he arrived in the compound he asked where I preferred for him to park (below ground or above). Of course he loaded the luggage and the vehicle was stocked , in case I was thirsty. The trip was comfortable and went by quickly. So rather than either trying to get connecting flights and switching planes to get a direct flight into Melbourne Florida, or inconvenience family or friends to have them pick you up or drop you off to or from Orlando, by all means give Executive Livery Service a try.

The first time I had ever been in Kissimmee, FL. was back in the early 1990's when my parents…read morepurchased a time share within the vicinity. We of course, vacationed there and found ourselves driving throughout both Kissimmee and it's sister city Orlando. It seemed less developed back then, less populated, and much more spacious land wise. I loved how there was so much green acreage and water just about every where we went! I speak as a Northern Californian tourist who experienced years of drought and seasonal wildfires. But now, after returning many years later on a more recent vacation, it definitely has succumbed into a tourist accommodating area. I was kind of disappointed that my first memories were nothing like it is today. It has become another average, highly populated area with heavy traffic, multitudes of hotels, condos, stores strip malls, restaurants, etc. But who am I to complain? I still enjoyed my vacations to Florida both times, and patronized many a business. If I get the opportunity to return again, I would have no problem going back. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cy1uXxqzMXw

I always thought Disney World was in Orlando....it wasn't until this past trip that I realized that…read moreKissimmee is the name of the city next to Disney World. In past trips to the area my main purpose was to attend a conference. This recent trip was a vacation, so we had time to check out the surrounding area. Both of the hotels we stayed at were located in Kissimmee, therefore we had plenty of opportunity to explore. On our agenda was golf, shopping, eating, checking out local pawn shops, thrift stores, and of course Disney. I've covered all of those in great detail in other reviews. As a whole, we thought the city was pretty average. The variety of options to keep yourself entertained is pretty good. However, the quality of the options are either very nice (Disney) or very cheap (Swap Meets/Gift Shops). The main street, 192 aka Vine St, is peppered with tourist trap shopping and dining. Even with a tool like Yelp, it was pretty difficult to find quality options because there aren't very many reviews of places around the area....at least not reviews I could trust. When we were searching for a place to watch the Mayweather vs Canelo fight, I had to rely on good old fashioned phone calls to find a place and it was a chain (Miller's Ale House). I was hoping to find something more local...but was unsuccessful. The historic downtown area of Kissimmee was very cool. With a handful of Antique Stores and a small variety of local food options....I wish it was larger...but definitely a highlight of the trip. The rest of the city that we saw on the 192 looked like any other city. If you're into Thrift Stores and Pawn Shops, there's a lot in a relatively small area so you can bounce between them all and shop them in 1 or 2 days easily. Great selection of goods too (wrote separate reviews for each of them). The golf courses we played we excellent. Would like to try out more next time. Return Factor - 75%
