I come to Yelp for its vast and savvy form of guiding me in whatever direction I need. I don't take…read moreit lightly when they advertise a certain special and knowingly tell me they won't honor it. Not only did they tell me they wouldn't honor it, they also explained that they have many specials and offers listed throughout the store that aren't valid. I only obtained this info after showing my yelp check in offer and being told they don't accept Groupons. Obviously, I wasn't using a Groupon and when I repeated Yelp for the 5th time is when I was affirmed that not only do they not honor them but they don't honor my of the specials listed on the walls. I gave him a puzzled face and only received an..."I know, I'm aware" response. By the way, the difference would've been like $2.50 which is peanuts but I value work ethic and these people don't. How could you knowingly deceive people even when I called over the phone to ask? By the way, the place in Downtown which is where I should've gone has a better exchange rate. If it wasn't for the dismal rain, I would've gone. Don't play with me by offering some fake yelp offer just to lure people into your place which is INSIDE of a Dunkin Donuts. Literally, not even Starbucks because you clearly don't have that amount of class. ::scoffs::

This place is by far the best office I went to for my document needs. I made an appointment by…read morephone, no hassle, they told me what documents I needed to bring to the appointment, and I had little to no waiting time at the office, which is very conveniently located in Little Havana. They notarized my document and took care of the apostille process with a fast turnaround time, made what I thought was a complicated process very simple, in record time. Plus, the staff is so friendly and polite. I can warmly recommend them if you need help with any type of document. They even do fingerprinting, awesome! I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I have lived in Miami beach for a decade. And have exchanged money in many places. Yesterday was…read moremy first time coming here. The woman was pleasant. Super pleasant. She made sure i got the correct amount and only charged 5 bucks for the exchange. It was a tad under the reported amount (like a couple cents per dollar and the rate changes daily anyways, im not mad about it). Im happy to exchange money before my trip without dealing with airport fees, giving my passport to some random countries booth to photocopy, 10% fees, or shady foreign atms that don't dispense the money etc.... ill be going here before every trip. I def recommend this place. I can't believe i didn't go here years ago. There's a reason this place has been here for years and many others in the area have closed.

After I paid waited almost 3 weeks could never reach the accountant never got back to me and after 3 weeks he told me well u have not paid for 2020 after they never sent me invoice or requested me to pay so they didn't even start on my taxes. This is ridiculous worst customer service ever they will just waste your time and change prices on you for no reason. Daniel the owner or accountant I don't know who he is but Was extremely unprofessional wasted my time and never ever answered one of my calls. He even gave me his number telling him to contact him if I needed anything and never even replied to me. Honestly my best advise just keep looking these people are clowns.
