Visited Tai Ji massage. Did a 4 hands massage because I wanted to try the experience…read more What the employees have to remember is they are doing half the work and getting paid the entire $120. Key points; two women, one mature, one younger. The mature lady was more experienced and a better therapist the younger one did not have good technique and she was just trying to pass the time. I was still able to enjoy the massage because the mature lady was very good. They also talked to each other quite a bit during the experience which was distracting. I mentioned it several times and they stopped due a bit and then resumed. They charge 5.7% for using my card. Four hand massage should not be double the price, because the therapist is doing half the work. Nonetheless that's what they charge. But to expect double the price because it's two people. No its still one client so they don't have to work as hard or as much h Second there is no reasonable explanation for why they should each expect to receive a 66% tip? They argued with me because I gave them 58% tip and they wanted $40 dollars each. Then the younger lady told me not to come back because I gave them $70 and the wanted $80-$100. Make that math make sense. I thought I was being very generous. Most people only tip 20-25% if you're reading this please tell me where my math is off. Especially since the younger lady massage techniques were not good at all. She was the one to get mad. Most people would love to make $65 in an hour . Calculation 50% of the sale and the $35 tip = $65. My rating would typically be a 4 or 5. But this tip conversation was too much. have never been accused of under tipping but to expect 70-80% tip is outrageous. I will try to speak with the owner before I contact the BBB

Because of my schedule I'm never sure who I am going to see, but it doesn't matter, it's all good. Their website says they accommodate walk-in's but I always make an appointment. Different massage techniques are available but I stick with Swedish so can't comment on other offering.  These ladies are all STRONG enough to make you weep so just be clear about your pressure preference. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain but clinical physical therapy puts me off; however, the firm but gentle and unhurried touch from any of these ladies is welcome. I always look forward to returning. The rooms are clean and quiet, and in my experience the linen is always fresh. The facility itself is located in a small well-cared for strip mall off Peachtree Industrial. It's easy access and the parking is close, plentiful, and safe.

I did get a little confused when I first scheduled my appointment because I wasn't aware that I needed to use MindBody, but a quick phone call to the office cleared things up! Everyone was extremely friendly and I was pleasantly surprised by the additional supplements that they have for sale in the lobby & waiting area. Parking can be a little bit hectic but you can park on Shadowlawn. I believe the woman at the desk told me that there is additional parking near a police station nearby but I would call to clarify because I may have misheard. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I look forward to continuing my treatment with Dr. Mahla!

She understands your skeptism and welcomes it because beyond the actual practice she talks you through everything she is doing, She makes the atmosphere condusive to allowing a healing process to take place with a soothing background music and nice aromic oils and candles. She doesn't push you, she talks to you. You always feel like you are in good hands. I have also had the pleasure of going through a yoga class with her and again she uses the same philosophy there. You feel like she really wants you to get everyhting out of the experience but she never pushes, just guides. Ultimately you get the general feeling she gives a crap about you and your well being, instead of just sanctifying the purity of the process. Literally I have been to some Hilter-esque yoga classes and felt like the red headed stepchild but never with Chris. Don't get me wrong she cares about the process and it's purity too but she also understands that on your first day you may not be able to do the Straight legs side crow.
