It's an Arco. Needed to get gas and they were close to my hotel. The parking lot looks like it was recently cleaned, I was able to get my gas and get in and out with no issues. I did not have to go into the store, I like that it was well lit, and there were no people hanging around and loitering in front of the store. I felt safe while I was getting gas, and I love that it is right off of the freeway. read more

I'm not from Vacaville and stopped to buy my boyfriend a tall can of Modelo and a bottle of water. An Asian lady that helped was nice however I had to run back in to get him a sprite. When I went back it was another woman cashier that was extremely rude and offensive toward me.She rung up the bottle and it came to 2.69. I said it says 1.99 where I grabbed it from.She then asked where and is the Asian lady proceeds to follows me and I showed her where is said 1.99. there were two rows of sprites. one said 2.69 and one 1.99. she said oh that's corporates fault we don't sell sprite for 1.99. I said well it's your Mistake and not mine..you have to honor the price. The rude cashier woman proceeds to ask me if I want it or not and I said yes for 1.99 and she grabs it and says no! you can go to dollar tree if you want it for $!! I laughed and walked out and said thanks I'll do that! She proceed to follow me out of the store and yells to me you "should be drinking water instead!" who does that? I laughed because I literally just bottle a bottle of water and tall can of beer idiot! its not even about how much the bottle was but how rude and unprofessional she was. zero customer service skills...you need to replace he/she with someone that has customer service skills. read more

Don't bother stopping. One I saw that their restrooms aren't available, I stopped pumping gas and decided not to get any drinks or snacks. They don't deserve my business... Ever. Bugs came out in 3 of the 4 drinks we poured, the older white lady was very rude about it when we tried to tell her. She told us we still had to pay for the drinks even though they had bugs in them or she was going to call the cops. She even told us that she knew the soda machine had bugs in it and she didn't feel like cleaning it. Pretty sure we all got coronavirus here, they couldn't even keep the soda machine clean so can't imagine they've cleaned much else. read more

Just witnessed two employees Edward and a older lady son treat an African American man so disrespectful . The atm machine did not give the man his money . Since their car reader is not workin like always . Instead at trying to solve the situation they escalated by being disrespectful to the gentlemen . The employee was very rude to the man very unprofessional telling him that's not my problem cal the number and saying thing like I'm not talking to you dude. I beg your pardon why would you refer to a customer like that. They also said they were going to call the police on him yet the man was upset but he was not rude or cursing or being disrespectful . I would have been yelling calling. The police my self since they want to disrespect and profile degrading customers. On October 24th, 2011, I was driving coming from San Francisco on my way to Sacramento to join a birthday party. In the middle of my travel, I (my husband with me) made a stop over at Orange Drive Arco Am Pm. Pumped gas there worth $40.00. After pumping gas, I asked my husband to go inside to buy us drinks and chips. Then I decided to go to the restroom to make myself comfortable since we still have lots of miles to go. I opened the restroom door, unaware about the sign that the restroom is being cleaned. The sign is not easy to read because it's so dirty. There was no orange cone and tape that they use to place before by the door. I know this because I stopped at this place a month ago. I was very disappointed then because the restroom was closed for cleaning. The cleaning lady took a long long time to clean. I waited but it doesn't look like the restroom will open anytime soon so I left with full tank and full bladder. Going back to the scene when I opened the door. By surprise, the cleaning lady is in front of me. She said, "The restroom is closed for Cleaning!!!) I placed a punctuation mark after her statement because her voice was so loud, her facial expression is so unhappy, and her tone does not sound friendly. In short, she is so disrespectful to those customers who wants to use the restroom. I understand that no one, that includes me, likes to clean public restrooms. Because this was the second time I wanted to use their restroom but was closed, I made a statement saying, "Every time I come here, the restroom is closed." Then the sales lady on the cash register also made a comment out loud saying, "Ma'am, sometimes the restroom needs to be cleaned." I know the sales lady has to say what she wants to say because there are other customers standing in line at the cash register. I am not a very argumentative kind of person so I just did not make additional comment. I just called up my husband not to buy their products anymore. I would have not said anything if the cleaning lady did not sound bluntly. We went to Chevron and bought our drinks and chips there and Chevron welcomed us to use their restroom with open arms. I will use Chevron across the street from now on with my travel needs. Every one who likes to go to Cache Creek, I would recommend Chevron across the street, the friendlier staff. You can use their restroom no purchase necessary. At AM PM, they have a sign saying, restroom is only for customer paying at the cash register. I wish that gas station staff copy the great customer service experience I have experienced at banks. read more
