First, we almost left without even sitting down - there are 2 rooms, one for the people with reservations, one for walk-ins, but nothing indicates that, and the poor waitresses were too busy to even ask us whether we had a reservation or not. Second, we waited a good 20 minutes to get 3 lukewarm chocolates (pretty sure the kitchen forgot to tell the waitresses when they were ready) and never got the glass of water we asked for to drink with it. I guess that the chocolates could have been good, but lukewarm is not the way to enjoy them. At €4.50 per small cup, I expected more - wouldn't be going back.
