The tour was not what I was expecting. There was a room for explanation of the cheese making process and a small room where cheese was aging but honestly it was a little bit of a let down. I've seen more in depth tours at other cheese factories. Here it was a small aging room (only visible by window) and a room where some of the cheese presses were present. The tasting was also a very small piece of cheese. Overall I purchased some Cantal, St Nectaire and Bleu D'Auvergne and all three were excellent and super reasonably priced. Don't come for the tour but come to buy some great cheese!
