They don't put you off owning a European car like some of the 'other' European mechanics around Auckland. They do a great job, know their stuff (all that mechanic stuff) and charge very reasonable prices. We have been taking our awesome European car here for servicing, repairs and WOF's for a number of years and would definitely recommend their services, thanks Brodie European you are doing a great job.

I have used Bug King a number of times. Twice for Gisborne Roaches - successful. Two or three…read moretimes over the years for ants - which I have quite a problem with. First time spraying lasted a good length of time, second time was a young lad who didn't seem very experienced, then recently Daniel came and did a whole house ant spray - inside, outside, under-house etc - which made a HUGE difference!! A couple of months later I had a very small resurgence of ants in one spot, called Bug King and Daniel came around promptly. He inspected the problem, sprayed some of the areas again, explained to me that some of the grouting had been eaten away by ants and that was one of the places they were getting in, so I will repair that and hope for no more. He also sprayed a wasp nest on the front fence as he left. Thanks Daniel - your knowledge of Bugs is second to none and thanks for taking time to explain the problems. (all done under warranty so no charge)!

They offer a 6 months warranty but they look for reasons not to honour it. Like, do not mop the floors! For 6 months?!? I think vacuuming voids the warranty as well. They didn't have this in their agreement last time we hired them. Scam!

This is where I come whenever I need another key cut (which does seem to happen more than it…read moreshould). They do it while you wait and it costs buggar all for a key in the colour of your choice. I know there are places all over the show now that do this sort of thing but these guys are The Pros. You can tell by the enormous shop that has everything from key chains to massive safes, and you can tell by the fact that they have several branches of the business including what I like to call the "oh shit I locked myself out" service. They do the whole lot - cars, keyless entry, padlocks, home automation systems, you name it. I really can't imagine why you'd go anywhere else for your security requirements. They're also nice blokes who (in my experience) don't act like sleazy tradies. It's sad but true that a lot of the traditionally "male" industries are still badly behaved but not so here.
