The lady that worked there during the first week of August 2015 is extremely rude and racist. I am Asian, and I was staying at the Hilton nearby with my parents. My mom went to this shop one day and pointed at a sweater on display with a smile on her face, wanting to ask if she could try it on. Before she could actually say anything , the lady SLAPPED her hand and yelled DON'T TOUCH！！ my mom was shocked of course, later I went there myself to talk to the lady, she said "I don't know how it is in china , but in GermaNY you don't touch items on display".
Well, if you don't want customers touching your merchandise you should put up a sign, and I don't know anywhere on this planet where you're allowed to hit customers.
Of course my preference is to sue her if I had nothing better to do with my time, I hope this review could find her employer and she will get fired. I have her picture but I will not post it here, please contact me if you are her employer and you need further information. read more
