A lot of salons get irritated with late walk-ins, so I really appreciated how welcoming and accommodating they were. They offer different pedicure options the basic starts at $32 and the deluxe starts at $42. I ended up getting the deluxe since it had been a while since I treated myself, and honestly it was worth it. Customer service was top notch. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I also appreciated that they weren't pushy about upgrades or extras. They even offer full-size refreshments, which was a nice touch. Another thing I liked was that they use disposable bag liners for the pedicure tubs and provide sanitized tool kits, which made everything feel cleaner and more hygienic. The only thing I was initially skeptical about was that the nail techs weren't wearing gloves mainly because I feel like it's important for their own protection too but overall the cleanliness and experience were still great. Most importantly, my pedicure came out BOMB. The color was beautiful, and my feet looked amazing afterward. I had been really disappointed with my last experience at my usual salon, so finding this place was refreshing. This honestly might become my new spot!

The water was lukewarm, the guy spent maybe 45 seconds using a pumice stone on the bottom of each foot - I haven't had a pedi since last summer, trust me, they needed a lot more than that, probably should've pulled out the cheese grater. Left an ingrown toenail in, I mentioned it and he said I didn't have one, yes, I do. Didn't remove cuticles, and the crappiest "massage" ever, it was more of a putting lotion on quickly, though I did pay for the service. He did one coat of polish and one coat of topcoat and sent me on my way. Now I have to go crawling back to my normal lady, halfway across town to get her to fix this.
