No matter what design or inspiration picture I bring her, she recreates it perfectly--sometimes it even comes out better than the original. She's incredibly talented, pays attention to every little detail, and works fast, which I appreciate so much because I never have to spend my whole day at the salon. My sets always last, the quality is amazing, and I constantly get compliments on my nails. If you're looking for someone who's consistent, creative, professional, and can bring any nail idea to life, she's the one. I can't recommend her enough. Five stars isn't enough!

I came in simply to have my nails shortened, and it turned into one of the worst customer service…read moreexperiences I've ever had. The technician filed my nails down but didn't shape them, leaving them looking rough and unfinished. When I politely asked if she was going to shape them or leave them sanded down, she responded rudely, which made me feel uncomfortable. She then started removing the color and ended up burning my finger in the process. At that point, I had lost confidence in the service and decided to leave rather than let her continue working on my nails. I expected a basic service to be handled with professionalism and care, but instead I left with damaged nails and a painful finger. Unfortunately, I won't be returning or recommending this salon based on my experience.

The salon is spotless, airy, and never hits you with that harsh chemical smell. There's plenty of space to relax and stash your things, which makes the whole visit feel calm instead of crowded. They also offer drinks once you sit down -- water or a delicious Vietnamese coffee -- which is such a thoughtful touch. Cindy worked on my gel-x this time, and she was amazing. I showed her a reference photo of a short-to-medium almond set with multicolor autumn tones, and she brought it to life so accurately. The shades matched beautifully, the shape was clean, and she paid attention to every detail. They also have a huge selection of stickers, so I added the cutest little leaf to finish the look. Honestly, this is the kind of salon I'd book for group days or something fun like a bachelorette party -- the vibe is friendly, organized, and super accommodating. Every visit feels easy and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend!

It's much better quality than most salon chairs bc it actually adjusts to your preference EVEN IF you are short like me. It hits all the right spots and doesn't make that annoying squeaky rubber noise. Henry did my Gel-X manicure, and it was a wonderful experience. I know their quality is top-notch because my set lasted 22 days, surviving three weeks of travel, gym workouts, and working various busy gigs. I went back today to get the Gel-X removed and transition to a fresh, short nude gel set just to give my nails a break. Henry took care of me again and did not disappoint. If you're in the neighborhood, I highly recommend checking them out for a relaxing spa day and a long-lasting mani-pedi.

As soon as I checked in, I picked a color and was immediately taken to the pedicure station. Chairs appeared to be of higher quality than other salons I've been to. This is the first nail salon where the water wasn't too hot when I dipped my feet in, which is great. I got the express pedicure + design. This is priced at $35 + $5 for the design. My feet are very ticklish / sensitive and I am not the type to find a pedicure relaxing, but the nail tech was really good at being gentle and making sure I was comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed on was the massage. Yes, I get that I got the express pedicure, but the massage was super fast. I think you can get a few minutes more as an add on, or you can get a longer massage depending on which pedicure you get. The gentleman next to me definitely paid up and got a really long and slow massage, which looked super relaxing. I really like how efficient this place is and will come back.
