I was surprised at the hours they were responding to my questions and providing support at all hours. Their pricing is great and so are their product offerings. They have access to an expansive selection of promotional items that you can customize, as well as a lot of printing options types to suit your requirements. I ordered sublimated bandanas for pets. While other vendors only offer offer one or sometimes two size options, Printology has three options available which is great! Additionally there are three printing options too. Since my artwork has 7 colors, I went with sublimation. It's awesome to be able to have that option. It has been great working with Printology and I highly recommend them for your project!

Printology responded by text and asked about what kind of material I wanted the print on. When I texted back I got no response. I then drove to the business address listed on Yelp to show them a sample of the material and there was nothing there; no store front, no empty office... nothing. I called the phone number, thinking that I'd gotten the address wrong, and while it was still ringing, I got a text from that number saying "sorry we missed your call. Texting is a better way for us to communicate." Why would they not just answer the phone and speak to me? I texted back saying that I had the material sample to show them. They responded that their entire "team" was working remote. I again described my project and asked where I could bring the sample. They never responded. I waited until the next day and texted again but still got no response. It's now been a week and they have not responded to any attempts at communication. I suspect that this is one private individual working out of her garage while listing a fake address on Yelp. Scroll to the bottom of the review page and read the other "hidden" negative review.

As for this flagship store it's certainly beautiful and the sales staff are super friendly. Not pushy, but helpful. They give you your space and balance it with just the right amount of conversation. Of course being in the Forum, the pricing is a bit skewed higher. So it's great for browsing and the service, but if you're serious about purchasing you're probably better off getting these babies elsewhere. (Unless you have a very high disposable income).

These new owners have won my business! I was in town for a conference for a couple of days and decided last minute printed t-shirts would be a good idea. I was lucky to find this business. It was open at 8am before the conference. Ebony was very helpful on the phone and offered to print my logo on my shirts in less than an hour. When she didn't get an immediate email from me she called to double check that I sent it to the right email address which I hadn't. This was proactive and saved me time. I requested standard white but she offered glittery silver which was way better. They didn't have neon green in stock which is my logo color but they offered to purchase some that day if I wanted more shirts, so I ordered more to be finished the next day. All items were done perfectly!
